This used to be our favorite place, not any more! Service was slow, no waffle bowls, no chocolate chips, no napkins in the dispensers and back counter was a MESS! Not sure if anyone working had any clue what was going on. So disappointed!!
One too many bad experiences, one day you'll go in where there's on person working with a line going out the door, next time you go the workers stand there nonchalant not helping the next customer. Came here last week at a pretty typical time and the lights were cut off 3 hours before they closed. There's truly nothing like the lines to get into this place for rather stale ice cream. Finally being able to get a cone from this spot is like the journey to the center of the earth, impossible.
It might be faster to make your own ice cream at home. Overall poor, slow service. The place is shockingly dirty and smells like sour milk.
The health department need to visit this location. This is the best I can say. I couldn’t even order I was so disturbed. I will say the lady that was helping customers in front of me seemed very nice. I would advise another location.
Incredible slow. One employee who didn’t seem to care if taking her time caused people to wait. Left after waiting over 1/2 hour and only making it halfway thru the line. The only reason we made it halfway thru the line is half the people left.
The place smelled sour. When me and my friend got there, we waited for about five minutes before get acknowledged. Then we gave our order, and the lady just stared at us. She was talking with her coworker talking bad about someone. The lady didn’t act like she knew what she was doing because it took 5 minutes to make one small cup of ice cream. Very bad service, I don’t recommend.
I came here tonight waited an hour for an online order . My phone went dead and I went to the car to plug it up and came back and one of the girls locked the door. So I will be disputing the charge. Terrible customer service I understand it was only of two of them so I waited . Terrible especially from the girl with braids .
Rude employees and dirty restaurant. Stay away if you don't want to get sick from these nasty conditions please.
Good Ice-Cream. I just recommend not ordering online. They can't fill an order correctly...I thought they might get it right the third time to no prevail.
