Today May 26,2022 around 12.12 I was very hungry and don't eat fried chicken alot, but Today I was near Churches Chicken and I was in line and made my order, but I normally check but Today I didn't bad mistake and I got home and I had a half of a bad tasting bake chicken and I paid $8.31,for it very disappointed, I'll never do this again and when I called them they don't answer there phone,Barbara North Charleston, S C
Ordered the 12 price dark spicy with two large sides and 6 biscuits. When I arrived they informed me they had no spicy chicken that I'll just have to get regular. When at the window I asked for the spicy packets but all I got was hot sauce. Picked up my food and brought it back to the shop where I work and open it up to see I didn't get the biscuits. Very poor customer service. Should have been informed of no spicy meat so I could make a decision before driving 5 miles to pick it up.
It’s really a mixed bag on the type of service and quality of food you will receive. I never use the drive thru on any fast food location. More likely to not have any issue if you get out and walk in to order and receive your food. It’s much harder IMO for someone to give you old fries or wrong pieces of chicken when they have to look right at you in person. The drive thru these things are much easier to get away with and that goes for any type of food in the entire industry. For the most part the people are friendly and have been known to help the homeless and needy from time to time.
Online says they open at 10 most restaurants open by 11. Went to churches and they say they don’t open till 12. Change the time if u don’t open till 12!!
I just couldn't believe the price for the 10 piece it's 11.40 they charge me 12.40 I couldn't believe tax Was that much ..I ordered a 10 piece . For. 10. The young lady was smiling and this wasn't the first time I ordered from rivers Ave. Store so I. Always had a great experience with her sorry but this is my last time everyone going up on price just because they can .not thinking that people have to live if God says so..
I wanted a chicken sandwich. And it was still pink inside! The other tenders were also undercooked but not raw. This is completely unacceptable especially since I waited 35 minutes in-line (drive through). I will highly suggest going elsewhere as this could give you salmonella!
Sat in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes and I was the third customer they had and I finally had to leave. When I went around the first customer was still at the window. If you're not going to be able to take care of people just close this place down
This Church's Chicken location was terrible. Customer service sucked. The ladies were very rude. I spoke with a bad attitude. February 12 at 3:45 a.m.. whoever she is that was working needs counseling. From her manager. My luck she probably was the manager ugh
9:40 closes at 10. They were already done serving. I understand, I wanna get outta work too. Just change your hours of operation to the public please
The person working the drive thru window was very,very rude. She thinks she's working the sidewalks in the hood instead of at a restaurant. No customer service skills at all
