Staff not willing to make sure order was correct, dining room closed. Lazy attitude when my food was sitting there and could have been handed to me but instead carry on a conversation with another employee.
Absolutely horrible service at this location. Pulled up two cars in front of me in line. Waited 30 minutes. The only reason we pulled up is because everyone in front and behind left. Then got to the window and rude drive through employee argued with me about what I ordered. Just drove away after that. Will never go back to this location again. Wish I could’ve given zero stars
It is sad when workers don't value their jobs.. especially with young people.. everything is nonchalant attitude...you ask for condiments...you don't get any..or 1..napkins...no utensils...had to come back because missing my side items... it's ridiculous!...then we got nauseous!..I don't like this Church's...they always act like you bothering them ..even, when you as a customer trying to be courteous....Disgrace!..

The chicken was fresh. But y’all the biscuit was drenched in butter. Like they poured the whole thing of butter in it. Damn. Can we call them high cholesterol biscuits. How about not butter the biscuits and just give ppl packets to put on themselves. Because they always over do it
They must be got live chicken in there, I swear I waited in line for 30 minutes and still have 3 cars in front of me...slow!
This church's is horrible. I've had two good experiences out of all the times I've came to this location. I believe only because I came early in the morning and dealt with a kind employee other than that. They have a young lady who's the cashier in the evening and between her bad attitude and lack of attentiveness of her job, but it's a horrible experience. This location along with others never have bold and spicy chicken even though it's the most advertised on television, billboards and radio. Corporate need to check Charleston locations for church's and figure out what's going on. It's best to go to KFC when in need of chicken meals.
bad customer service more in the evenings with drive thru and for a restaurant that has a popular ads running on television, radio and billboards.. they never and I mean ALMOST NEVER have the bold and spicy chicken.
Amazing! Food was terrific, but the people were even better..
