I went CEC for a birthday party for a friend's daughter. It was a different place than the time before. I actually had a good time. My children love it, of course. I also like their pizza. We'll be back sooner this time.
The greeters were great and organized. The wait staff was very nonchalant and did not appear to enjoy her job nor did she do anything without being asked by several people.The Chuckee Cheese character and team did minimal to engage the kids. The sound system was so bad that you could not hear any of the songs.My son paid for a birthday party to be hosted by THEM... they study not decorate the plates were basic white foam..they had an issue with a request for more plates. They did not cut the cake or serve the food. Birthday boy did not get photo opp with the mouse. It did not start on time but they definitely expected us to clear the table on time. I do not recommend for a party.. only to play
Horrible... The pizza took two hours to get . There are no longer tokens for the children to use on the machines it is a play pass card and it is something the younger children have a little bit of difficulty using bc if the game doesn't start fast enough the children assume the card wasn't swiped good so they waste more points off card by swiping until the game starts .. a great deal of the games were down with no out of order sign and the lights were still on the games so they looked fully functional so many of the children were wasting play points on dead games ... There was only one person who was working that appeared to be an adult the rest were very young looking ignorant teens ... All around I would NOT EVER chose to spend another day and oney there again. Definitely don't recommend to anyone .
Kids had fun, food a little pricey and orders took a long time to be served. Great family atmosphere. Was very kid safe.
From sub par to on par. This joint is going places. Server boy asked for a tip, don't think that's allowed ?. At any rate, pizza looked fresh and the long broken animatronics are gone. Now I can play my coin pushers without that Munch monster giving me the bedroom eyes.
Awesome place to take kids for a fun time
The pizza was pretty good but I didn't know I was going too spend 100.00 on 2 pizzas and an order of wings which are not done by 6 12 or 24 but by the weight
Booked a party there and the services were horrible. The host was gone for hours. We Reserved the spot until 3:00 and had to move to another table around 2:30 because there was another party booked. He didn't receive all the balloons as everyone else had his name wasn't on the table. They overcharged me when it was time to check out.
Always loved coming here growing up and now have a son of my own and he loves it also his birthday is in 2 weeks is this area closing down on rivers ?
Went this morning when they opened. We go when they open because I assumed they cleaned every night so it would be the cleanest when they opened. A bunch of the rides were dirty with pizza grease and crumbled up snacks on them..so obviously not cleaned.
