I love chipotle, but this location is reliably bad. They're very bad with allergies, and all of their food is mixed/severely cross-contaminated. Normally I can go to chipotle without worrying about eating dairy if I give them a heads up that I have an allergy - but my order today (and several other visits) had cheese mixed into the lettuce. Previously I've found it in the Guacamole. If they carefully and thoughtfully prep their food and meals, then this restaurant would be safe and accessible for people with allergies. I feel like the apathy of the employees has put my health at risk, and because this is the easiest chipotle to get to I just won't be able to get chipotle anymore unless they improve. Also, there hasn't been a single visit to this location where our order didn't have at least one error.
I eat at chipotle multiple times a week due to their quality of service and consistent food. This experience was terrible. The cashier would not give us our $.58 in change and the restaurant was disgusting. Food all over the floor. Trash needing to be taken out. Tables were dirty. The three staff members out front were unprofessional extremely flirty with each other ignoring us as customers.
Everytime my husband and I go to this store, we get incredibly sick. I’m not sure if any other customer has. But we now refuse to eat from any chipotle store in this area because of it. We both used to eat chipotle religiously. It was our favorite food when we weren’t feeling like cooking. But now, we can barely eat it without being sick for the next two days.
Normally I don’t do reviews on anything but my experience at this specific location was horrendous. I went in to get a bowl to go. When I walked up to the counter I saw several employees. It was only me in line and three people in the dining area so the staff was not busy. I waited about 2 minutes just for someone to greet me and serve me. When I first came in they all made eye contact with me and I heard at least half of them say they weren’t going to take my order. After the 2 minutes went by a girl who was actually busy came up to me. She was friendly and polite and seemed like she wasn’t as lazy. I started telling her the ingredients I wanted on my bowl. When she was spooning everything I noticed how empty and unfresh half of their food was. What blew my mind was that there were several other workers refusing to serve me and not being able to manage a healthy, clean, and fresh kitchen. Most of them stood there and literally didn’t do ANYTHING. Then I asked the girl to put guacamole on my bowl. I don’t know if she was new or just didn’t care but she gave me the smallest amount possible. I asked her twice because she couldn’t hear me to please add more guacamole and give me a reasonable portion. When she added it the second time she spilled half the spoonful of guacamole onto the counter. Like seriously they weren’t busy and it’s not hard to scoop food into a bowl. I paid at the front and left with a bowl and chips. Finally I got home and I was starving. I began to eat my bowl and right away I noticed the rice wasn’t even fully cooked. It was hard and I immediately had a stomach ache. This location is unprofessional, filthy, lacks customer service, and needs a manager who knows what they’re doing. I will never go back to this location and I hope this review can be used to improve the quality of service. I was extremely disappointed in the food and how I was treated. I would not recommend to others.
Barely have any guac, had queso overload tho, worse at wrapping than my first blunt, rude, slow, dude sneezed near my bowl then wouldn’t give me a new one and called me a “retard” excuse my language. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had in public. I would rather eat glass than Chipotle ever again based on this one restaurant. Crying rn
It's sad when a customer has to wipe the table off to set down to eat. As the plastic ware the containers they where in was nasty. I went to the cashier and asked for plastic ware and she to me there was some in the containers. I said yes there is but it looks like they haven't been cleaned in months and they are nasty in the bottom. The forks itself was facing the bottom. She went and got me 2 forks. I went over back over there to get salt and pepper well there is none. Went back up to the cashier and ask for some. I ve never in my life seen some one to put salt and Koller salt in the container together. They where out of brown rice so had to get white rice. The time there was after 1:30p. There was only 4 people in line. Sorry to say but that crue needs training on keeping up with the food and how to CLEAN. People since this covid mess if you look around the restaurant think back it has became Worse in being CLEAN. Employees we come into the Restaurant we expect Cleanest and Not Dirty. We pay your paycheck and we can also close it down.
Before I post my reason(s) for a three star(s) review, I’d like to commend those who work in the food industry. I’m not making excuses for anyone, I know there are a few or more ::ahem:: select people who are only working to get a paycheck, they don’t care for the customers, and their attitude shows.I, for a fact, am NOT able to work in any retail or food industry. Customers CAN act like they’re entitled and they treat the workers in those two fields as such. I’ve read a few reviews where people are complaining they weren’t being treated like royalty. Um, excuse me, people don’t owe you a damn thing.Anyway, that’s my soapbox for that. Now, onto to the actual review of this eatery:I ordered the three soft shells Tacos. I’d requested black beans, rice, etc. Everything was fine, except the black beans & rice, they were hard. Luckily there wasn’t much of both in my tacos and I picked them off.The young lady checking mobile orders was running ragged, literally. She was asking those picking up orders for others (door dash, UE, mobile orders, etc) to see the name and/or confirmation number. Some weren’t too happy about that, however, I understood why she was checking. I’d be highly upset if someone took my food ??♀️Again, to those who are working in the fast food, restaurants, any position dealing with the general public, I salute you. I’d been fired my first day ???
Cheap. There's a lot of low quality staff here that aren't making my bowls and burritos with love. How a staff can overflow with stress from just three customers is a great question over may ask.
Walked in to pick up dinner for the evening. I could complain about the people on their phones and the fact I was ignored for what seemed like 10 mins while the workers joked and chit chatted but I’ll just give a synopsis of my visit. Ordered 2 burrito bowls and then the fun started. Server tried to give me a half scoop of rice, asked for a little more, she complied…requested steak she gave me a “scoop” in each bowl I asked server for a little more then she gave me a little attitude so I preceded to inform her that I have about 7 little pieces in one bowl and 5ish in the other. After the eye roll she gave me more. We added the condiments (which resulted in the same skimpy servings, and disrespectful attitude)before checking out. At check out my bill was about $45. I asked why so high? As my wife and I usually get the same thing every time we go to chipotle and the bill is always around $32. She said it was because I ordered double meat on both bowls..I said NO! I asked for a normal portion. After more ATTITUDE I decided to walk out. Needless to say I recommend not going here during any type of dinner rush.
Placed an online order, as I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by a worker holding the door open aggressively asking various customers if they had an online order. If they didn’t have an online order she was turning them away. Lucky I had mine on my email, so she let me inside. Inside was even worse, it was chaotic, the employees were all yelling at customers asking who paid for their order online and the ones that didn’t were being told they couldn’t be served. They were trying to take order by mouth if the customer had proof of payment. They made my order, while still turning away other customers, which caused them to mess up my order, twice, while I was standing right in front of them. Since they had to start over again they got even more of an attitude with me. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Cancel chipotle
