I don't know what the deal is with this location, if it's Covid employee shortages or something else, but they are frequently closed early, have the lobby closed accepting online orders only in the middle of regular hours, out of ingredients and won't make more if it's close to close, leave ingredients out on online orders. At least to the casual eye, it seems like there are plenty of people in there at these times. It's a pain to get there expecting to order and walk out only to sit in the parking lot for twenty minutes. Once I was sitting waiting to go in and get my online order and they locked the door; didn't open it when I knocked; when I finally got them to open it, my order was right there on the shelf. What?
Closed at least 40 minutes early for no reason. The whole team(or at least most of them) were just standing around chatting in the lobby. About 5-6 people. They locked the doors with multiple people walking up trying to get in. This is unbelievably ridiculous. Also, unbelievably disappointing. I will not be coming back here ever again.
I Ordered 2 Tacos from DoorDash while at work, I received my order and one of my tacos barely had any chicken maybe 4-5 pieces, I called the store to speak with the Manager who obviously was having a bad day and gave me a straight up nasty attitude, I definitely will not be giving this Chipotle my business again! This is literally the second time in a row I’ve had an issue with this restaurant, ridiculous!!
My wife and I had dinner here last night.we had never eaten at a chipotle before always looked fresh on tv.it was soo bad.i was sick all night and will just say...dont eat here.you have been warned .I called to speak to a manager who said ..I dont care..so there u have our experience..they dont care and it was 28.for 2 bowls of yuk
I didn’t expect much. It’d been years since I ate at Chipotle. But they surprised me. The food was very good!! I will have it again.
So...this particular Chipotle location is ran by idiots. I mean, if you lift something up to put it in a bag...wouldn't you feel how odd the weight is? Apparently not with them. After all the IQ down here in Charleston, SC is completely low given that this state's education is ranked at 44. Smh. All there was left was chicken, everything else is gone prior.
The young lady was super nice and very helpful. This was my first time eating here and she let me sample before I purchased.
Called and asked for a manager. She said she was. She was rude as rude could be! I was simply calling to let them know that the food that we had just ordered was absolutely despicable it was when I say ice cold it was ice cold it tasted like somebody took it out of the freezer and put it in a tin container to let it thaw. I didn’t even get to get into that with her because she didn’t know what location was close to where I’m at. She clearly did not want to be bothered! I asked for the corporate office number and she became very angry. She came back and said I think the number is…… I said you think? She hung up on me! I called back but no one would pick up the phone. I’m so disappointed with chipotle number one their food that supposed to be fresh and made ready to order daily and to with a manager who would be so unbelievably nasty to a customer before she even knew what the customer was calling about.
Food here was delicious as always, but the burrito was so bizarrely wrapped. It was so thick that eating it as a burrito wasn’t doable. I had to cut it open and eat it as a burrito bowl, with the tortilla being the bowl. I had no flat surface, other than my car interior so it did make a mess.
