Don't remember the girl's name but absolutely love the girl that was taking orders she was so sweet I don't visit Chick-fil-A often and I don't know their menu really well she had no problem helping me and taking the time that I needed.. plus my son was recently put on a diet and she was able to help me pick out healthier options to things that he wanted overall just a great experience
Chick fil a, please train your delivery personnel to not leave food in front of doors that open out.Update. Still left it right in front of the door. So can’t open it without spilling drinks.Also the second time in a row they forgot my ranch for my salad. So having a salad with no dressing. I took another star off.Filter the reviews for delivery and look how bad they are. ??♂️
Sadly this location used to be the best…. Never a mistake, but now we never get an order right and they don’t even seem to care. We placed a delivery order that was supposed to arrive 7:08-7:23. It didn’t come until 7:50, but what’s worse is that we ordered 60 nuggets and they didn’t bring the sauces. Kind of a big deal when nuggets are your entire order. When I called the store, I spoke to Will. He didn’t offer any resolution even though I told him that I had called and spoken to a gal named Brianna or something like that- he was kind of like oh well.
The customer service is always phenomenal
Fries were barely warm, shake was very,very small.I didn't even know they had a cup this small. Looked like a Coffe Cup. I forgot to Order a ? Lemonade and tried to get one at the pickup window with the boy (I swear he was like 12), but he said I couldn't. He stated that I would have to drive back around and go through the drive-thru process again. Really, forget that! I already waited in line for 20 minutes. This is one of the reasons why I've only been here twice in 2 years. I only went for my teenage son. The second reason is that it's ridiculously outrageously overpriced. $26 for a small mac&cheese, 2 chicken sandwiches Vanilla shake, and a small fry.
Always great food and very polite people! This is my number one place I got to for a great Chicken Sandwich and Salads.
Dining room open with "table service" essentially. Girl who took our order table side could have definitely used more training. She did her best but maybe more one on one coaching would benefit her. After eating my family and I were sitting and talking and out of no where a heavier poster fell ontop of her. Other guests came over to help get it off and make sure she was okay. No staff offered assistance. We were halfway through the parking lot and someone ran out and said, "do you want a cookie?" Not really how I would have dealt with the situation. Luckily she was not hurt.
Chick-fil-A has a varying menu, with everything from sandwiches to three different salads. You can get chicken grilled or fried, and you can dine in or take out. The play area for kids is not open in every Chick-fil-A yet, so, if you have children you might want to check first before going.
If you plan on ordering from the app for delivery, you're better off just going to go pick it up. The wait time is at least an hour and they always forget something. This morning they forgot our frosted coffee and iced coffee after we waited an hour and a half from time of order. I tried calling the store and no one answered. Tried contacting the driver as she was leaving and no answer. This has happened way too many times and we were charged for it.
Really Chick-fil-A ??? I placed a delivery order at 12:45pm and it was delivered at 1:53pm. Food was burnt, tea wasn’t sweet and the fries weren’t even hallway filled. What a waste of $26!!!!! You claim to have delivered at 1:32 but my security cameras show otherwise!!! Do better!!!!
