This location signle handedly drags the reputation that this restaurant is built on. I have never had so many orders wrong from a CFA location. Having to spend extra money for delivery just to have the order show up wrong (salads with no dressing, combos missing fries missing condiments). If I have to drive to the location to get an order corrected after spending 30$ to get food delivered and you offer me granola? GRANOLA. There was no apology nothing no acknowledgement from the manager there. Very disappointed and encourage everyone to find another location.
Racist place. A white man pulled up next to me while I was in the second lane like he’s making a 3rd lane for himself. The server then told me I have to wait til he gets this guy first. Let’s him jump ahead of me and gets his order before mine. Was also really rude to me afterwards. Called to report it and the manager made excuses for the employee. Worst experience ever at a chick fil a.
I always love whenever I get a chance to eat out. Chick-fil-A is my all time fave, however this time going around they gave me a kids drink with my 12 count. I was a little disappointed but I know things can get hectic. Overall, my meal was great and the server!
Staff here is so pleasant. I came here for lunch and service was a lot faster than I expected. When I first lined up for drive-thru through there was like 20 cars in line so I was thinking oh no this is going to take FOREVER, but that was not the case. Very fast drive-thru and warm food. Nothing is precooked and left cold everything is hot fresh and pristine. I ordered myself large fries, chicken strips, and large soda. All for a good valued price.
When I order from here I get what I wanted. They are very courteous, efficient and kind for the most part.I would give more stars if not for a problem or double standard today. I work delivery on free time for door dash and Uber eats. When I stopped by to pick up an order I walked in the store like I always do. I was informed that I had to go through the drive thru. This was the new policy from Chik, I said ok but being that I was already in the store could I just get it this one time, I was told they “couldn’t.” I write this to say that I had another delivery from another chick fil a location and they instructed to go inside, same day, about two hours after this encounter. So now I need to know is this policy just a Rivers Ave thing? Or it’s corporate? And why wouldn’t you just give me the order, while I was standing in the store rather than instructing me to join the back of the line, of a very already full drive thru?I’ve worked retail, and was a shift supervisor for two tier one stores, so I’m not coming at you without empathy. It just felt like a bit of discrimination for the invisible customer we are bringing your item. Please review that policy, and I will apologize for any rude delivery personnel that have made you felt you had to create something chaotic that was simple. Plus I was standing in the store. Other than that I appreciate the hard work, the friendly smiles and how clean your store always seems. I know it all takes effort.

It's Chick-fil-A! Lined moved quick. Food was good. It experienced what I expected to. Would go to this one again!
