I have never witnessed such horrible customer service and will not be returning to this establishment. I was behind a group of local law enforcement this morning and there was an issue with one of the officers not receiving the hash browns they ordered with their meal, instead of a simple “I’m sorry let me grab those for you” the cashier loudly and rudely stated that she’d asked if there was anything else that needed to be added to the order before payment and then the manager that was helping bag orders proceeded to yell across the kitchen that the officer did not pay for hash browns so they wouldn’t be receiving them. IT WAS HASHBROWNS and ok let’s say they weren’t initially rung up on the order, how hard would it have been to give a complimentary box to the person who serves and protects your community?!? Instead you chose to make a scene and look extremely unprofessional. I lost respect for your staff and this location today. Clearly your cashiers and manager (who actually appeared to be the operations manager pictured near the door) need to work on their customer service.
By far my worst experience at ANY Chick-Fil-A to date. Surprisingly rude treatment once inside the store. I only ordered a milkshake and a lemonade. They offered no apology for taking an extraordinarily long time for this order. When it was finally delivered, the milkshake was delivered without whipped cream or cherries and with no explanation as to why. When I asked if they had them, I was met with a very curt reply of “no”. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, even though it is just as busy as others that offer excellent service. In addition, the inside was chaotic and in disarray with a very unkempt appearance.
Second time in two years that I have made the same post. I am posting currently in Chick-fil-A parking lot oh I’m sorry this isn’t the parking lot this is the drive-through. I’ve worked at Chick-fil-A before and I’ve never seen such terrible speed. It’s 523 right now and there’s very few cars in the actual parking lot so it’s not like they’re under a lot of pressure from inside and outside. Terrible performance, definitely not worth the Chick-fil-A name 25 minutes in the drive through so far and I’m only 6 cars back
I've always been impressed at how Chic-fil-A moves so many people through their drive-thrus so efficiently - but not this location! I guess they haven't been given the secret algorithm. I think i could drive to the next nearest location and get my food faster. This place needs to do better.
the employee who took my order was rude and short with me. they rolled their eyes after I showed them my rewards to scan and turned to their coworker rudely asking if she has to scan it after a customer has a paid. they claimed that I couldn’t despite the fact that I have done that everytime I’ve gone to the location on Magwood Dr. after the one who took my order rudely asks her coworker why they didn’t take the order of the people behind me despite him doing that. it was very rude and unprofessional for her to speak to me and her coworker that way. she should not have treated him that way. stop hiring rude employees. the location has the rudest employees. i did not get off a 12 hour shift just for an employer to behave like a brat towards me
I never thought I would have a valid reason to leave a poor review for a Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately today is that day. This is the most unprofessional and unfriendly location I've been to in the 5 states I've had experiences with. Part of my order was not in the bag. I've never had it happen so didn't check while in line at the drive thru. I was 20 minutes away from the location when my 2yr old asked for the fries I ordered and l paid for. It was not there, so I called. The woman I spoke with at 2:43pm was not only argumentative, she was also rude. She also sarcastically said "my pleasure" as she hung up. Since I was refused a refund over the phone, I am doing a chargeback and will not visit that location again. Looking at recent reviews, this location has some issues. Debbie Blind is the Operator and she has some work to do.
This Chic Fil A is unbelievably awful. No customer service whatsoever. They forgot sauce and straws. The fries were cold. And, I never heard my pleasure. Not just for me, but everyone in line while we ate.Shut it down and try again. God’s chicken deserves better than this.
Question to the owners of All Chick-a-fil-a.How do you treat your employees, that have been diagnosed with the Covid-19 virus?Are their jobs threaten during their quarantine process?
The breakfast chicken burrito is delicious. It has chicken nuggets, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns & cheese.
Chick Fil A is great in general. But this one is consistently the slowest around. We waited forever in the drive thru to the point my kids were melting down. And then got a cup full of pulp for lemonade. Will avoid this one in the future!
