Let me start with the gal working was very pleasant and the staff was all working as quickly as possible. (FIVE STARS to the workers, especially when having to put up with a Cussing-Karen at the right-side drive thru window.)They are severely understaffed. When we drove up we order on the app and pulled into the left-lane pick up for online orders. This was after sitting in line four cars deep for over fifteen minutes.My friend and I decided to divide and conquer. I would stand and wait for the food while she ran to the grocery store across the street.Though it was a long wait the staff was sweet and did the best they could. A third employee showed up to help just before I got my food.The food was good. (Fries weren't as good as usual, but again, the staff did their best and could obviously use encouragement and understanding rather than criticism in something they don't control.)
UPDATE: I got food poisoning from this food. The only other food I ate that day was from Middleton Place, and I think it’s safe to say the standards of cleanliness are higher there.Pros: funnel fries were delicious, seasoned fries were pretty good, and the double bbq bacon burger was good. Cons: extremely slow service (definitely place a mobile order ahead of time if you go), messed up our order (gave me a bbq chicken sandwich instead of a classic, but I don’t even know if they did that right because there was hardly any sauce on it), didn’t give us the ketchup we asked for, and took a while to give our card back which seemed a bit sketchy. Would only go back if we did a mobile order well in advance and checked the order before leaving. Looked like they only had two people in the whole place so they’re probably doing the best they can, but definitely need more help. Checker yourself before you wrecker yourself
Fast service but poor quality food ,meaning hard burger buns stale,Drink machine down most of the time
Food is good, sometimes the burgers are sloppily put together, however my biggest pet peeve is when they randomly decide to close early. Just sat in a full drive thru line at 1am for over 30 minutes to then be told they were only accepting door dash and Uber eats orders. The entire line of cars proceeded to all leave without being able to get food. If it’s listed that you stay open till 4am… stay open till 4am.
I spent over an hr in the drive through. Once I finally got to the front, I sat at the window for an additional 20 minutes. Steer clear of this place
As an Uber driver I went to checkers 3 × 2 night to pick up orders and 3 times those orders were over 30 minutes waiting and 3 times the orders got canceled. Those 3 orders cost me over $40 gratuities and tips there were 3 or 4 more orders that came in behind them there were 10 or 15 other food delivery drivers waiting for their food and none of it came out they had bags piled up on top of bags behind the cat It was ridiculous in the entire night I did not have one order go out on time or come out of a restaurant that was not closed this was a ridiculous situation that happened As Uber driver and as what happened with checkers today this is disgusting
Love me some checkers. Tried their new fry seasoned tenders and they were amazing. Much better alternative to the clown and the king.
Great staff. Short handed, I had to leave line for an emergency. When I returned I was served without a problem. The last at the window was awesome!
Used door dash and did not get all of our food. Unable to get in touch with driver or restaurant. We were short one burger and two fries.
By far one of the worst ran fast food restaurants in the area. Staff will ignore you standing at the window while playing on their phones, incredibly long wait times while people are just standing around in the kitchen, seems to be very poorly ran. Food is delicious though if you don’t mind the wait
