FIRST, THE WAITRESS LASHAWNDA WAS AWESOME!!! SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT AND WE GREATLY APPRECIATE HER FOR THAT!! WE FULLY ENJOYED OUR SEAFOOD BOIL!! THE HUSH PUPPIES WERE GOOD AND SO WAS THE FRIED SHRIMP!! GLAD I CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR OUR LAST NIGHT HERE!!
We came up on Carolina crab House while searching for seafood on the 4th of July. We ordered their fried oyster and calamari basket, Lemon pepper chicken wings, and the make your own combo with 1/2 lbs shrimp, 1/2 lbs snow crab, 1/2 lbs green muscles, and 1/2 lbs sausage in the house sauce extra spicy. Everything was excellent!Rodney, our server, really made our experience the best it could be. He kindly answered all of our questions and jumped in with recommendations.Clean restaurant, wonderful service, and excellent food. Highly recommend we might make our way back there before we return home.

Incredibly disappointed, overpriced and just BAD!! Walmart has better seafood. Portions were small, slow service just flat out BAD!!!
Not sure what we expected when we walked in. To be sure the ambiance wasn’t the greatest. We went early (5pm) and there were just a few patrons. Not one to give up, my party of 3 forged ahead. We were seated at a no frills table covered with butcher paper, given bibs, gloves and menus. Not sure where to begin we let the waitress guide us to the low country boil combo specials. We each ordered a combo complete with our choice of spice level and marinade. In a jiff we received our orders served in a non assuming plastic bag. No utensils just gloves so we all dove in. Let me assure you this was one of the best seafood meals we have experienced!! I had a half pound of peel and eat shrimp along with 1/2 pound of crab legs. They were perfectly seasoned and delicious!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an unassuming dining experience and delightful food.
I'm sorry, it's a no for me. The sauce was no where to be found. It was a small amount at the bottom of the bag. Tasted like rubber seafood. I didn't finish this bag at all. The sausage tasted uncooked. Don't look for fresh fried oysters. It's the pre breaded frozen kind. I will not be back. It's a did it and done situation for me. The crablegs are the smallest I've ever seen served. Shrimps tasted as it it were boiled in plain water, overcooked and thrown in this bag with a prayer that it may hit the small amount of sauce at the bottom. I did state my displeasure but was advised that's how it's served. So I paid and left. Was there celebrating a birthday so, hey I'm fine with trying anything once.
