This location is awful. I went to the drive on 5/14/22 and ordered the 3 pc battered fish dinner. The fish wasn’t cooked thoroughly and one of the pieces of fish was chicken and the batter on the chicken was soggy. The food made me sick. The employees need to take a coarse in customer service. Somebody need to call the health department on this location.

Good food, rude worker. She was an older white lady and was rude from start to finish and apparently you cannot ask for sauce without her shutting the window on me, she said it's in the bag but nope no vinegar. If you are like me , you don't eat their fish without.Thank you for your rude attitude and lack of customer service. You win the reward for being the worst drive thru person,

Lights are on they are closed at 5 pm in the middle of Lent. How Foolish!!!!!I guess they don't expect to be in business for long......

Got there too late didn't know they were closing early. It was after 5pm. Always be mindful of holiday hours. Other than that they would receive 10 stars with excellent, excellent service.

All I can say is whewwwwww. Go here at your own risk. Employees don't wanna be at work(there attitude shows it), they are not on uniform ( young lady on drive thru has a bonnets on her head), and the signs. Just leave it at you close at 5pm. No need for the extra messages. They are slow and to be honest, this place has fell off...BAD! Eat here at your own risk..

Food was ok but the drive through wait was crazy. 3 cars ahead of me and it took 21 minutes to get food

Yalls website says yall close at 9 pm on Sunday's. But yet yall are closing at 6 pm and had 6 six in line waiting before 6 pm. Yea have terrible service. This site deserves to be shut down.

Fresh cooked seafood, large variety of choices, and great service. I wonder if they would let me work for food? That's how much I love their food. LoL!

We used to like going there, but we will not be back. We were in line for over 25 minutes after we ordered and were only second in line. We finally had to pull out of the line because we had no clue how much longer it would take. If you do not have enough workers, then close. Somehow Chick-fil-A manages to keep people, and you never wait in line more than 10 minutes, even if the line is around the building. This is universal with all of their restaurants that we have been to. So, blaming it on anything but poor management doesn't make sense.

On today my SUPERMAN desired Cap N D.S. upon better judgment we went.Line was not too.longPerson taking orders was very cordial. After paying.they exchanged places. PERSON COMING TO REPLACE OYHER ASSOC. VERY RUDE UNFRIENDLY. NO.CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.UPON REVEIVING MY ORDER. SHE GIVE ME ONE BOX. IM ASKING FOR MY OTHER ORDER. THIS TAKES ANOTHER 10 MIN. THE FIINAL STRAW AFTER CKINB MY BAG. I ASKED FOR MORE TARTER SAUCE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE SHOVED IT IN.MY HAND. NO THANK YPU.PKEASE COME BACK.I then called back asking for the Manager on duty. Low n behold she was the person I told her she need to be retrained and I will surely try n.fond out who her DM is.
