Great shopping experience and great customer service.The food was great and the serving was quite large for the price. Being originally from the Caribbean, I mostly buy groceries here but I love that I can grab a bite of tasty Caribbean food also. I love that they stock a variety of items from several different Caribbean islands.The owners and employees are very pleasant and helpful. I always enjoy my shopping experience at this place.

Love it! If you're looking for authentic Caribbean food this is the place. They also have a grocery store connected where I was able to grab some tonics, sea moss and over herbs .... outstanding! a great jewel for North Charleston.
The roti's are amazing! I got 2 chicken and a goat, the BEST in Charleston!? Our server was a peach, she even let me sample the seafood rice also amazing! They have so much variety! Go get your roti!
They got my whole order wrong. Door dash was horrible. No type of customer service. Just sucked for the first time having it. Do not think I will revisit.
This is an inconspicuous place off Dorchester Road. The island cuisine is fantastic! Once you taste the food, you will be back. In addition, this business offers non traditional herbal items in its adjacent store for those looking for natural treatments for life's ailments. Great place deserving five stars.
Camme's International Food & Grocery on Dorsey Avenue in North Charleston is a great place to go for delicious and well prepared food and groceries that is unique for the area. I have been impressed each time I have been here with everything that they have to offer. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.
The food is fantastic. My favorite is the Brown Stew Chicken.

I just had Jerk Chicken delivered thru Door Dash and it was delicious! I love the fact that they put the sauce in the side because the sauce was too sweet for me, but the chicken had just the right amount of spice to leave a little great lingering on the tongue without burning your taste buds off. It also had a nice smokey flavor. The vegetables served on the side were seasoned just right and absolutely delicious! I'm glad to have found this place because there's a place closer to me, but they don't put the sauce on the side and it's way too sweet! I'll definitely be ordering from here again!
