The wait was super long and they forgot my fries and the waitress sucked we didn’t get any refills and the food didn’t fill us up and it wasn’t even good 0/10
Wow. After legitimately standing at the host station for *four* minutes while two employees talked, gossipped, and avoided eye contact with us we were finally greeted and taken to a dirty table by one of them who reeked of pot and had his headphones in; we had to ask him to wipe it down. We received our cold appetizer and tried to power through it(soggy cold nachos are a hard pass, y’all), shortly after our entrees arrived, mine was wrong and cold. My order was corrected and I can only accurately describe it as bone-in chicken jerky covered in hot sauce and grease. I know you guys are a chain and the bar’s low but good God. I’d ask you to be better but I’ll never step foot in that dump again. Your establishment is an embarrassment out of five.
Ordered more food than normal because it’s my boyfriends birthday. Went to go checkout and as soon as I hit pay now my total went up by a good $6 or so because they just pick and choose what tip you are going to give them I guess. Anyways, the app says my food is ready so I walk in and there’s one gentleman in front of me ordering. I tell the worker my name and she says “it’ll be out soon” .. fast forward 15 minutes and I’m still waiting with no estimated time and the gentleman who ordered after me is long gone with his food. I paid over $50 for food and it isn’t anywhere to be found. By the time I can actually get home after all the traffic it’ll be cold and gross I’m sure. Happy birthday honey.
I've never had a place come back to the table and go "We don't have any change." And then ask if that's ok. Like what? Thanks for taking some extra money from me.Food took so long, appetizer was burnt and came with the food. My order of wings was very very small, Not fun to pay the most at the table and get 1/4 of the food. Asked for extra sauce but of course the wings were not extra sauced but got charged for it. Extra cup of blue cheese (Of Course I was charged for it) Wouldn't recommend. used to be good, but go somewhere else.*edit* I followed what the owner has been saying and emailing support, you just get a chain email saying "sorry here is 600 points" and at least in my case I can't make an account to see what they are for. No one actually apologizing or offering any explanation. Not really much to make things right.
This is the first time I have eaten at this establishment and they were on it. Because of some big name comedy coming to the coliseum that evening they were super busy but that did not stop them from giving good service. While they waitress seemed overwhelmed and said we could not do certain deals that is clearly on the website, we managed. Fast service, hot food, and pleasant environment.
Wry busy place with everything going on on this area. Had to wave bartender down for a refill , but service was great
I had a great time each time I’ve been to this location. The servers are always accommodating and the bartenders are willing to make requested drinks not on menu if they have the supplies. The tables were sufficiently stocked and the restaurant itself was well maintained. Very positive experience.
Service is excellent...food is mediocre. Tenders are small...fries are like biting into rocks...
They said 15 min wait. That's fine. Get seated and an hr later still no food. People all around us that got seated way after we did already got food. Some already ate and left. Terrible place. Bad attitudes. If I could give a 0 star I would. Don't recommend it at all!!!!!
Can't say enough good things. We walked in the door and they had a sign saying they were short staffed and to bear with them. Let me say, this staff busted their butts to.make everyone have a good experience! Our server Lana was outstanding. Everyone down to the guys bussing tables was cordial and concerned about you having a good experience. Food was hot, much quicker than expected and perfectly cooked. Give these guys a chance. I will come back to say the least.
