The sign said Lobby open. It was closed. I'm waiting patiently for my breakfast for 3. We were seeing if everything was there. She rushed me away like I was Trash. I'm a Disabled Retired Veteran and to be treated with no respect and the ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. THANKS BOJANGLES FOR PROVING, You have no consideration for your service Members and definitely not being polite and engaging positively. The Girl working the Drive through was definitely on Drugs. Worst Experience ever.
Best fried chicken ? in every state that I've had it in. This place is no exception. The ? French fries here are very good. Very busy at ? lunch time, but it was a reasonable amount of time to wait.
I placed a mobile order. When I pulled up to the speaker box, it took a minute before someone started speaking. They were not talking clearly so I didn't exactly hear what they said. I told them I was picking up a mobile order and tried to tell them my name. Before I could tell them my name, I was told to pull up to the window because they were the only one in the store. When I got up to the window, no one was there, but I saw a man at the production line. Then I saw a lady with a headset on. She walked around for a few seconds then told me to pull up by the door. After a few minutes, she out and asks me the name on the order. Then a third person came out with my order. I asked them why I was pulled forward if no one was behind me. While I was waiting, not a single car pulled up to the window. I was told because they just made my food. I asked again because that answer didn't make sense to me. Usually you get asked to pull up because the persons order behind you is ready. She then said its because of the timer. They are trying to make their time look good, but when I pulled off, there was a huge line in the drive thru. It seems they are only serving one car at a time and using the "I'm the only one in the store" as an excuse. Oh, and I ordered sweet tea, but they gave me unsweetened tea.
Great restaurant! The lady at the window was extremely polite to me ! We had a nice conversation and thats not known anymore, nice people that is .. but she will make a great STORE MANAGER ☺️. Thank you so much.. i will be coming back for now on ☺️
Food was good, but the service was very slow. They did the best the could being understaffed, however we waited 45 minutes to get the food. Over all, it was ok.
This past Wednesday bojangles was extremely busy. The front cashier or manager was very polite and handled her job like a boss lady should. I rarely go inside of restaurants now since the pandemic, but I'm glad I went inside today. Thanks bojangles on North Rhett Ave.
Always great breakfast. Asked for a half gallon of unsweetened tea but got sweet, and asked for extra seasoning on the fries and got almost no seasoning. Not impressed with this location.
Get my breakfast here, and the service has always been good to me. The wait times aren't to bad.
Loved the food other then a piece of hair being in the bottom of my fries container! Can definitely tell these people are ready to get off no matter what time the visit is. Will not be stopping there again! The food tht I did eat before the hair was pretty decent ?.
My order was given to someone else and I had to wait 35 minutes before finding out, and another 15 minutes to get my order. Meanwhile, my family is at home waiting on me to come home with dinner. This could have been a five star review if they had offered me some sort of compensation for their debacle.
