First time coming here: I had a DoorDash pick up order. I will say, I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. However, that was the only communication I was given during my 15 minute wait. No one asked how could they help, what I might've been waiting on or anything. At 7a, there was no one inside and only 3 cars at the drive through.I received notification that my order should be ready. I went back to the counter, and after seeing one of the barista standing around (which signaled they weren't busy), I inquired about my order status; to which she replied "it just came through". Correct me if I'm wrong, but the restaurant has to confirm the order, which happened 15 minutes prior to my arrival.I'm a fairly patient person and I understand restaurants are short-staffed, but that wasn't the case here and it sucks that it was my first impression of this restaurant with such high reviews.
I love Biggby's but it is sad for the business that it takes so long in the drive thru. I witnessed 4 cars get out of line due to the long period of time that it was taking for orders to come out.
I never write reviews, unless positive, as I was in the service industry for over seven years and know how difficult it can be to work with the public. I ordered a mint mocha, and didn’t specify how I would like it (totally my fault). Once it was made, there were no other customers in the store, and maybe one car in the drive through. I said to the lady “I will pay for another, but can I order one frozen instead”. I am pregnant and have had some aversions to hot coffee recently. She turned around, right in front of us all, and made a gesture to her co-workers that suggested she was incredibly annoyed. Everyone I was with saw it, and so I told her it was alright, I would drink the coffee she had already made. Ten or fifteen minutes later an older lady received her bagel sandwich, and it was cold. She politely asked the same lady who had given me so much attitude, to warm the bagel up. She then proceeded to be extremely rude to this customer as well. When we confronted her on her behavior, she waved her hand in all of our faces and said “bye” repeatedly. On our way out, we heard the other employee state “this cars eggs are going to be cold, but I don’t care”. The absolute worst customer service I have probably ever had.
Best coffee shop in the area in my opinion. The service is fast, the staff are always super friendly, and the food/ coffee is amazing! I'm kicking myself for not trying this sooner. Give them a shot!
We are from out of state and wanted to support this cute coffee shop and had a horrible experience. The morning barista with glasses, tattoos, and dark slicked back hair was extremely rude to us. When making the wrong order a customer brought it to her attention she turned around without saying anything and turned around to her coworker and complained about customer directly in front of her. Then with such disrespect being given to her she just said forget it and she didn’t apologize or still offer to make it. THEN we witnessed a sweet older women trying to ask for her muffin to be warm and she was like yeah wait a second and the women asked to just put in the microwave and she stated she couldn’t with the worst attitude and glared at the women. While leaving I said you could be more polite to people and they’ll be nice back and she just said bye and waved to me while I was trying to ask for a straw. After asking 3 times while she was just waving bye she finally gave it to me. A male worker running register stated while making a drive thru order that a customers eggs weren’t even warm but that he didn’t care. I wanted to share our experience as it was very disrespectful and horrible customer service.
Very rude, no customer service skills at all.very unethical how they treat their customers. Will never come back and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to come here. Your staff is going to run your business in the ground!
Great coffee. Much better than some of the other chain coffee shops. No bad after taste.
I love their coffee. It's strong and really sweet. Per ounce, I believe you come out better than with starbucks. Also their coffee actually tastes like it's coffee unlike Starbucks where it's always a hit or a miss.
I just love this place. The staff is always super friendly. The drinks and bragels are delicious and fresh. There is nothing else that I could ask of them... well, maybe that they add locations to the Raleigh, NC. Lol. Five star service for sure.
First time there to buy with a BOGO coupon. Loved the flavors, price and staff.
