I can't say enough good things about this place. From the beginning to end, it was great. The hostess was super friendly. Service was fast and good! And oh my gosh this might be the best burger in Charleston. The biggest thing was how hot and fresh it was!! I love how you can get different types of meat. I'll have to try that next time. I wanted to share Big Billy's hand because it was so good!!
I would give Big Billy's 10 stars if I could. BEST BURGER we have had on a while. My burger had ham and pineapple on it. Broccoli as a side. All Amazing. Hubby got a cheese burger with onions rings. Onions Rings are perfect. Tried their Peach Hot Sauce. Let's just say I bought a bottle. Wanted a case but no way to bring it back with us. Kaili was our server. SHE WAS THE BEST. WE WILL BE BACK.
We were on the way to a chain burger joint and saw this place and decided to give it a try instead! We were glad we did, The burgers, turkey reuben, fries and homestyle chips were all very delicious! Service was wonderful. Server was very personable and friendly and food came out quickly which was very appreciated when traveling with kids. The only disappointment was that they were out of the Elk burger which I really wanted to try! Love the unique wild game burgers they offer! Wish I'd been able to try one. Great atmosphere...a fun, colorful island beach theme. Very good experience and I'd definitely recommend this burger joint to others!
We are from Georgia and looking for a local spot. This was great!! Burgers were amazing. Shakes were spot on. Our server was on POINT! And to top it off the kids loved it. 100% recommend.
We went her because it was close to the house we rented and it was also highly rated on TripAdvisor. It did not Disappoint! Our waitress, Casey, was amazing! Super courteous, friendly and attentive! She is excellent at her job! I had the mahi burrito, my husband the bacon burger, my kids had the nachos and the bison burger. The food came out extremely fast and it was so good! Probably the best meal we had in Charleston! My husband even complimented the chef which never happens! Highly recommend this place!
Located in the McCall Center at the intersection of International Boulevard and Tanger Outlet Boulevard, Big Billy’s Burger Joint is a surfer-themed restaurant specializing (as its name would imply) in burgers. I had lunch here while on a business trip in late March 2022. The menu features a number of specialty burgers, but I went for their build-your-own option, creating my personal version of a bacon burger with a side of tater tots. The burger wasn’t huge, but it was prepared exactly to my specifications and was very flavorful and satisfying. The tots were great – hot and crispy. The service I received was friendly and attentive, the dining room was clean, and the prices were certainly fair. I enjoyed my lunch at Big Billy’s Burger Joint and will be happy to return should my travels bring me back to North Charleston.
Horrible service, presentation nasty, rather make shots for employees then take care of her table. Very disappointed. Came after the air expo to enjoy a drink and eat lunch with the family only to receive horrible service. Zero star
Specially, In-House-Made, Delicious. This is one of the Low Country's hidden gems. Food is hot and fresh with your choice of in his created sauces and mayonnaises. Come with a big appetite and leave full and satisfied. Be sure to thank the frequent First Responses and Service Members that are many of the appreciated patrons to this establishment. Great service and warm atmosphere.
Absolutely fun, quirky place. From the decorations to the book nook at the front, this place has a very welcoming atmosphere. Our server was prompt, friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. I had the bison burger with onion rings and a s’mores milkshake. Just awesome! My wife had the Mac n Cheese burger with tater tots and a sweet tea. She enjoyed all of it, even said that was about the best sweet tea she’s ever had. Definitely recommend.
