The vegetarian fajitas were delicious, with a variety of vegetables. The tacos were also very good but not as filling as they didn't have double tortillas. The margaritas were good and are served in a large glass. We didn't have to wait to get seated although this place does get packed. The food was overall good but the kitchen is slow and can't keep up with the crowd.
I couldn't bring myself to give this place 5 stars because it couldn't possibly be more run-of-the-mill table service Mexican fare. That said, it's not bad by any means. A bit pricey, but nothing above average for Park Circle and the portions are quite sizeable. I'd also say they do a pretty good job providing decent service for as crowded and chaotic as this restaurant can get.
Man I really enjoy this spot. I only took one picture. It’s the calamari but it was excellent. We had the mushroom vegan tacos…AWESOME! Also had the tofu tacos and would highly recommend. Salsa, Queseo Dip and chips where perfect. Literally the best guacamole we’ve ever had out. Our service was on point. We sat outside on a Friday afternoon with no problems. Drinks where always full. Thank y’all. We also did burritos which where better than most places. Our third time coming here. Each time we discover new food and new flavors. Really above average food and great service.
It was good. The service was very good. The food was okay, nothing exciting. It wasn't seasoned well enough for me, but it was fresh (the veg in my taco and enchilada) and well presented. Nice ambience.
Come for the FOOD, NOT THE SERVICE.It was our first time dining in Park Circle today. Being gorgeous out, we chose to sit outside once speaking with the hostess. We were provided chips and salsa then waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a server. There were at least 4 going in and out. After sitting for the first ten minutes without service, a table of 3 females with bikini tops on sat down and was served their alcoholic beverages (shots) in less than 3 minutes. Again, we were yet to be addressed. Food was served in a timely manner, but we were not checked on during our meal, had to ask for drink refills, as well as the check. Even when brining the check, he did not ask if we enjoyed our meal, or if we would like anything else. There were not even additional napkins provided. Had the food not been so good, I would not come back. Next time I will set my expectations lower in regards to service.
We got to this place 2 minutes before they opened (yet lights were on and door open), and rather than offer us a menu to preview, or at least our seating options and a "welcome", the 3 employees that were right there did nothing except watch us walk outside and sit at one of their tables, only to wait more time for at least a menu....when that didn't happen we left. Maybe business is too good and they didn't want ours? Sure seemed like it.
Love this place, but I just got to go food and ordered a large salsa & 2 chorizo dips.. and they only gave me 1 tiny bag of chips. When I called to ask, they said you have to buy a large bag of chips, but if I’m sitting in the restaurant I would have gotten enough chips for all the dips we ordered… Frustrating.. especially when I just spent $65 on an entire order…
The atmosphere is wonderful. Food us amazing!!!
This is a sister restaurant to Agaves. The food is delicious and staff friendly. The only downside to this location is how loud it is. If you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it; however, if you're looking for a fun place with great food this is a great choice
Hmm. I can only assume that the reviews saying it was the best or authentic Mexican food have never had good Mexican food? I don’t know - it wasn’t good! I lived in Mexico for 5 months. I guess I’ll try it again, but I’m not hopeful.
