This is my favorite Asian takeout place! I always get delivery and when I order over the phone I always receive great customer service. Even ordering online is quick and easy! My food is always hot and fresh when it’s delivered and it’s a plus that the delivery driver is always super nice! Being new to this area, I’m really glad I could find a great place that serves great food!
After waiting an hour and a half for my food, I had to call and find out where it was at. I was told I would have to wait for a call back because the owner was on the other line. When I finally get a call back, I was told that they "forgot to make my order". No offer for a discount or even an acknowledgement that they did anything wrong. I could only either cancel my order or have to wait for them to make it and deliver. They acted like they could care less. Definitely wont be ordering from here again.
45 minutes AFTER the expected delivery I called and inquired about our order. Was asked to give my number for a call back because the manager was busy on the phone handling an issue with another customer and she's the only one that can help. Waited 15 minutes...no call. I called back and the same dude answered and told me they "lost my order". But preceded to tell me they will start my order and they'll deliver it in 30 minutes. At this point, it had already been an hour and a half. No offer to give a discount, no offer for a credit. No apologies. Just a casual "we'll make it now". I cancelled the order and was told it'd be 2-3 days for a refund. Customer service was worse than the NO DELIVERY. I'll be watching my bank account to make sure they refund the $50.
I will not order from Asian Gourmet again. Their driver came to my door clearly terrified. Apparently while in route, road rage occurred to the point that the other vehicle followed him to my residence. We felt horrible for the delivery person as he wouldn't even pull completely onto the property in fear of... not sure. I called the establishment to check on the driver and was dismissed and hung up on FIVE times. Every individual who answered the phone denied my right to speak to the manager even though I was only calling to express my concern for the driver but they simply didn't care. Prayers for the driver. We'll never order from this place again as it's clear they don't care about the well-being of one of their own employees.
Ridiculously overpriced restaurant. Not your traditional Chinese restaurant. Up charge to add any kind of meat to fried rice is two dollars and the amount they give you is less than a sprinkle. Tried their hibachi and can't say that that was any good either. They use plain unseasoned white chicken breast sprinkled with teriyaki sauce and called it teriyaki chicken. This place may be for some people but certainly not for me.
THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT.
This place used to be amazing, I just witnessed my friends girlfriend and her 2 friends tagteaming the bathrooms in my house, they just left Asian Gourmet.....be very careful, they ordered different foods but also shared,idk...just stay safe.

Placed an order at 7:20pm called at 9pm because it hadn't been delivered and was informed that they forgot to make it.
Thr chicken Pad Thai is great and it's a large portion.
