Today I went to American Deli (7/25/22) for the first time at the mall and I was pleased! I got the burger and wings combo that came with a drink and added fries with it. It was good, especially those wings! Whoever made my food did an excellent job and took out all the things I didn’t want off my burger (I am picky lol). One thing I will say though is that the lemonade tasted a bit funny and too sweet and watery but overall I wouldn’t mind going back there again and hopefully I’ll have the same experience again.Also, I wanted to shout out to the young lady who was at the register taking me and my family’s order. I wish I knew her name, but she did wore a hijab.
It was by far the most disgusting over $30 for a slab of meat on hard sub with slice cheese you buy in the plastic pieces. My son's fries were cold and limp. Asked for extra ketchup and mayo and placed will pay extra. I wouldn't have even given to q dog to eat. I sent a review thru door dash and because of the complaint they reviewed and said that my review didn't meet the criteria. What is the purpose of a review if can't say what really was. I will let everyone and I know a lot of people in Charleston and highly recommend to not go there.
However did my grubhub order Your Gorgeous baby muah everything was fresh i even think the mayo was fresh best burger ? in a long time
I order Chicken Wings and a Chef Salad and the wings was the best I had in a long time. I would recommend this place to eat at. The Salad was loaded with everything especially with cheese that I love!!!
Comparatively cost, quality, service and most importantly taste is above others
Poor service. I ordered their food I did door dash. All the wing burnt and hard. You call you and can’t ever get through. I will never order there again. They will get the chicken I paid for back, I want a full refund.

Went for the first time on 11/5/20. Highly dissatisfied! My French fries were brick hard! And on top of that I ordered 6 wings and only received 5! I want a full refund!
