I was unsatisfied with today’s service. I did a call in order about 12:10 and got there about 12:20 and then payed for my food then patiently waited until about 12:45 then I got up to ask them what was going on with the food they said that they were going to fix it but it was not fixed and I still had to wait about 5 to more minutes But then I spoke to another young lady and I asked was there anything that they can do to accommodate me for waiting a long time but only thing they offer it was a refund. Whole Lunch WASTED!!!
They would not give a refill at the window . First fast food I ever heard this , after $12 spent on meal it should be available
Everytime me and my son eat here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, we really enjoy it. The food is always hot and fresh and the ladies behind the counter are always a lot of fun and very polite. Great place to eat! Highly recommend!
Food was HOT and Delicious! Staff was polite and worked as a team. Good encouragement from the guy in the kitchen to the employees up front thanking them for all their hard work!
My favorite is the grilled chicken salad and fried mushrooms. The chicken is great also.
Some of the finest fried chicken to be found. Never greasy and always tender. Under $8 for a full meal with drink, fries, cole slaw and 5 chicken strips/tenders. Nom-Nom-Nom
Both Zaxby's locations in North Augusta are always busy. When I visited, they were slammed but everyone was hustling to get customer's orders out. My order was correct, food was good and the lady who took my order was very friendly. Receipt says Angela. Fellow patrons, try to exercise patience with food service workers.
The food was excellent and the staff is very friendly. It is not the quickest place to go, but the food makes up for any delay. It's usually busy too which can make the wait seem like forever. But again... the quality has always been great for me.
You can eat inside this Zaxby's all the other ones ate drive thru only.Nice place and people.
Ordered online. I accidently put the wrong time so i called to correct it. Hung up on. After 6 attempts with a busy signal, got someone finally she said she'd check to change the time (45 minutes later than my incorrect time), then she hung up on me. I get there at the later time, resigned that it may be cold and it'd be my own fault, to no food ready. After 10 more minutes, still no food until i asked.
