Just finished dealing with one of the most atrocious customer service groups I have ever seen. Placed an online order at 4:30 p.m to be picked up at 5:30. Arrived at 5:30, order was not even started. After receiving the late order and driving across town home our order of cheese fries and our ranch was missing. Called the store to let them know the situation and the manager, who the employee named as "Rick" refused to come to the phone, and upon asking for a refund the cook on the phone told us to bring the food back. The food is good, but it is not worth the abhorrent way the store is ran, I have even seen employees smoking in the back near the restroom during their shifts. Avoid this location at all costs, there are far better places to get wings in North Augusta.
I placed an order at 4:17 to be picked up at 5:30. At 5:35 they had yet to start cooking it. When I got to work with my order it was missing several items. I called to let them know and ask if they could issue a partial refund. The cook told me if I brought the missing items back they could refund me. #1-thats the issue I don’t have them to bring. #2-I’m at the hospital and can’t just come back to sit again at your store. After being put on hold, the manager-Rick-would not even come to the phone and they said they knew I had the items. So now I’m a liar? That’s how you treat your customers?! Spend your money elsewhere!
Hire better management and employees....Had an issue with Rick if that's really his name, is very rude , doesn't know how to handle himself or his employees. Let the girl at the cash register be just as disrespectful as he was...I live in North Augusta and will now drive 20 mins to another location since this is how the Store Manager let's his manager and employees handle their store in this type of manner....very unpleasant !
This is the worse Wingstop I’ve ever been too. I placed my order online and after 25 mins my order was not done. After finally locating my order in the system i was advised it was given to another person by accident. Instead of immediately remaking my order they decided to make me wait another 35 mins. I am 5 months pregnant and my baby wasn’t in the mood thankfully chipotle was open across the street. When i came back from ordering my chipotle. my wings were still not done. I eventually just asked for a refund so i could go home. The shift lead refused to refund me my money after making me wait an hour for 20 wings the order was eventually completed in the middle of me asking for a refund but by that time my baby and I were over it and I no longer wanted the wingsThe shift lead was rude unprofessional and dismissive he was not the least bit understanding of my situation or how I was expecting my order to be available for pick up within a reasonable time frame . Not only is the food service poor so is the customer service. Thankfully I was able to contact my bank to stop payment. Do not i repeat Do not go to this location. Its worth the drive to Augusta if you are in the mood for wings. This wing stop establishment is disgustingly below average if i could give zero stars i would.
this guy was very rude and unprofessional about an order that was incorrect. (my wings were not right and there was NO ranch in my bag) poor customer service !!!!! when I stated there wasn’t ranch in my bag he responded“I did put ranch in that bag”“you’re basically telling me you want hot food”& also stated “I’m not making her order, I don’t care if I get fired”
I don't like to give bad reviews,I just usually never suggest a place. First off I walk in and am greeted with a grunt...this lady was not helpful at all. I ordered 5 lemon pepper wings to be added to my husband's order and she sucked her teeth at me...REALLY??? I don't even let my kids do that. Got my order and guess what??? The chicken tasted like boiled chicken..ABSOLUTELY no flavor what so ever...I could only eat two because the fat left on the meat made me want to vomit. Now I know fat adds flavor, but if all I taste is fat then I'm not eating..will not go back, if I want boiled chicken I would do it at home...
Me& my husband stopped here on Thurs. They had a lady name tamera,who was working the register.She was very courteous,with everyone that walked in.She made sure she had our order right& my fries were on point seasoned ,just the way I liked them&made sure everything was in our bag.I recommend you go there when she's working,bc her customer service skills are awesome.
The sales clerk was rude, didn't want to serve me at 11:20 as the sign said they closed at midnight. Told me to leave and he threatened to call the authorities. 04/09/22
Placed order for 75 wings the day before we were having a surprise 50 yr birthday party for my spouse. Had to pick them up by a certain time so I could be there when my spouse got there.Got there to pick them up and they hadn't even started on them. Ended up being late for the surprise birthday party. Can never get that back. Appreciate it .?
Fries were cold and boneless wings were fried way too hard and many of them were filled with grease, ended up throwing half of them away. Ranch was good though.
