I hated the service at n.augusta martintown rd. They gave me cold nuggets and fries. When I went back through the line for fresh ones, they dropped the same fries in the grease so therefore they were hard, crispy and darn near burned. It was alot of young teenagers in the kitchen as if they had no adult supervision and for that reason, I won't be visiting this one again. Edgefield rd has a Wendy's and I have no problems there. It's also located in N.Augusta.
Waited 30 mins for breakfast had to leave to go to work called and let them know I didn’t get my food due to waiting 30 mins and I had to go to work manager asked if I could come back and just get a refund she did not even care that they were unprofessional and it should not take 30 mins to make a biscuit if the store has been open 2 hours before smh
Nothing like being super excited about a meal to get home only to realize that over half your order is wrong. Not only that but I had to make a second trip through the drive thru because items were missing. $35 later and highly disappointed.
Only one inside at counter in North Augusta,sc..waited 28 minutes,but 6 or 7 cars went thru drive thru. Not the first time but the last time
I walked in with my family. The cook directly across the counter had his butt hanging out! I MEAN FULLY!!! Showing his bright blue boxers to the world. Shameful and gross.? I have been here before. It isn't exceptional, but this was too much. Needless to say. We went elsewhere.
Finally finally finally. Cook to order. I love the manager with the dreads. He is on it. Nothing bad goes out on his watch. If he is not there. I leave and trust me I am a Wendys fan!!!!!!
It's Wendy's. If you like their food, then it's great. They cook it fine and employees are kind.
Got here at 6:15 to the lobby doors being locked, but the sign said the lobby closes at 8. If they're that severely understaffed, I think it's time for the manager, or district manager to start demanding their employees get better pay and incentives to join the team.Update: I called the store before they closed, they answered the phone and set it to the side so that when I called back it gave me a busy tone. Yall just lazy, I see.
Ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich and got home to find out it didn't have ranch, lettuce, tomato, or Asiago cheese on it. Just chicken and the bun!!
Cashier was SUPER rude! He informed us immediately that they closed in 15 minutes, tried to rush us, then when we put in the order it took several minutes for them to put it in because the computer was "too slow". We were the only customers but we had to wait almost 10 minutes for our food. We ordered two large chilli cups and got three small ones, but one was mine and one was my father's who was being dropped off at work so only one of us actually got our full order we were charged for. This location used to be our favorite but the service now is sub par at best. The manager informed us that the reason was because no one wanted to work anymore.
