Not open 24 hours. They are sometimes open 7am-7pm but not consistently. Update your business hours so you stop ruining peoples meal plans. Since when does Waffle House even close?? Y’all need to hire some people or something because I need waffles and hash browns
Our experience tonight at this particular location was amazingly refreshing! The cook and servers cleaned during the downtime, and I've honestly never personally seen that whatsoever at any other waffle house location I've ever visited. The staff in it's entirety was FRIENDLY, and offered a smile, and not because "they have to".I don't write reviews often, only when it's deserved, and this location definitely deserves to know that they did an amazing job. We will definitely be only coming to this location when visiting the WH our next visit.Kudos, WH!

Went last night with some friends, I didn’t get anything and I’m glad that I didn’t. My friends found 3 hairs in their food and one on a plate. They didn’t really care and we didn’t bother saying anything about it to our waitress. When they were paying, one of my friends paid cash and would’ve received $7.50 as his change but the guy asked if my friend just wanted $2.50 so he could give a $5 tip. My friend was sort of confused but just said yeah sure. Another one of my friends left a $5 on the table even after having 2 hairs in his food because our waitress did a great job and when he paid with his card and didn’t write a tip on the receipt, the guy at the register told him that he had forgotten to fill that part out. Overall, our party gave over a 40% tip. With hair in the food, and being pressured into tipping more than they should have. Never had anything like this happen before at this location

Food was great and made quickly. But Waitress Dominique was rude from the moment I walked in. I showed respect towards her the entire time but did not receive the same back. Smart remarks were made the entire time. Was not greeted nor smiled at but when an elderly white couple sat close by, they were apologized to and greeted VERY nicely with a smile. Do what you will with that info. Dominique was angry that I also asked for a to go order.
The food was well prepared but the service was lacking. Our waitress never came back to check on us and I had to ask another waitress about a missing food item and refills.
Tia is an exceptional waitress!! Great Service and food was served quickly. Could ask for a better meal.
I'll never eat there again, IHOP is your better choice.
