If there were negative stars that's what they would get. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for years. Never had a problem until tonight.(5-25-22 10:07 pm). I have my order and I asked did they get what I ordered. When I pulled up to the window I asked did they get the order.. And of course she didn't get everything I ordered. So I repeated it. I pay for the things and then I hear a cook bring the first things up and she said if they don't order at the speaker they don't get it. I informed her that it wasn't my fault that she didn't hear me. She continues to have an attitude. I ask the girl is she a Manager she said yes. I asked her name and she looked scared and closed the window. I see her bringing the next order and looks at me with an attitude. I asked again what's her name with no response. I pull off. I'm the parking lot I see an employee and ask what's the managers name and he said Michelle. Wow. I've been in the restaurant business for over 30 years managing them. I'm appalled how this went. Especially since I just got done working an 11 hour shift. Really was no excuse for this.
Ordered steak fries and they gave me them with no steak twice. My mom ordered a chicken power bowl and they gave it to her with no chicken. Everything was cold and the employees were very incompetent.
The line was long but I was in and out quickly. Taco Bell food is craved at times ... very consistent!
I never have any issues here. Food is always hot and prepared how it should be. Staff is also friendly.
This Taco Bell staff was courteous and the food was pretty good too!

Great food in my estimation, I like the Supreme Chicken Bowl. I recommend this dish to everyone.
