Would've rated negative but doesn't offer that option. Ran by the Edgefield Rd next to Food Lion location on Saturday afternoon. I'm lividly angry at the lack of everything, no hustle no customer service no care whatsoever; this staff is the embodiment of paycheck leech. My daughter and I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to have our vehicle skipped. Pulled up to the window to talk to someone; anyone and no one even acknowledged my F150 with me watching staff with headsets on walking back and forth eating. I'm glad the staff is fed and they are doing such great business they can pick n choose who to serve.
It took a while to receive our order but it IS Friday of a holiday weekend. They were very busy. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster, a large buffalo wings, tots, and mozzarella sticks... No drinks. Spent $19.00 ? The burger was huge and all the food was good! A little pricier than we'd like but overall, we're leaving satisfied customers!
Ill never be paying for another m&m blast again. I always get a mini tell me why i can clearly tell i have a lot less of the already small scoop especially not for no near $4 for them now
We came here and they messed up our entire order. The only thing I asked for was my sons hot dog to be fixed the way we ordered it, kids are picky and we’re paying for it so rightfully so. This is their hot dog with ketchup, mayo, and cheese. Looks great right ? this is what we got back after I sent one thing out of an entire wrong order back in.
The got my drink incorrect and normally this would not be a problem but I ordered a cherry limeade and it had strawberry in it. I am deathly allergic my daughter drank from it first and let me know. They switched it out immediately but they need to be very careful because this could have killed me.
Had the patty melt. It looks a lot more appetizing in the tv ad than it actually tasted. The toasted bread was pretty soggy.
Good drive-thru service during early morning. The wait time at the window was a couple minutes longer than I expected, but no complaints because my meal was fresh and piping hot!!
I normally have good service and a decent wait time in line,but not this visit! I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. The car in front of me was at the window for at least 25 minutes. They preceded to give them the food finally and handed them my food! The waitress convinced them to give my food back to her, after several minutes, and she wrapped the bag and was bringing it out the door to my car! I told her that I wasn't excepting the food , cause the other people had it in the car with them for several minutes. That is so insanitary! I ended up leaving, but wasted almost an hour, and was hangry at that point!
After a difficult day I went here for a Butterfinger Blast. It was good but they're not putting as much of the crunched b.finger pcs. in the shakes. I bought a large for just under $7.00. That's a little pricey for mostly plain ice cream.
I had a hot dog and fries that was cooked to perfection and put together nicely. Was so nice I ordered it twice. Hot dog was fresh. Svc was pleasant and prices were fair. Just wish they had sauerkraut.
