Not really sure where to start. Had a horrible experience with the other Ruby Tuesday in the overall area, figured I would give this one a try. Big mistake. I am now convinced that the entire Ruby Tuesday chain is just falling down a cliff.Waitress was nice. The overall atmosphere and staff is very grim, as in very depressing. No one seems happy and just seems to be in a very depressed mood. The food was worse than chain fast food restaurants. I mean that to the fullest extent. It was bad. I got the chicken sandwich with fries and my wife got the Ruby Tuesday Sampler. My chicken was absolutely like rubber, as if it had been reheated multiple times, the bread was so stale, that it literally was just falling apart as I took a bit, the bacon on my sandwich was so rubbery and chewy, the fries were just mushy and gross. The only thing I ate out of my entire meal was the rubber chicken off of the sandwich. Every else was left on my plate. My wife's Chicken tenders were so hard and chewy that she could not eat them. This was probably the worst food that I have had in a long time. I am fully convinced that the entire Ruby Tuesday chain is just giving up and shutting down. I would rather eat off of the dollar menu at one of the fast food chain places, than to eat here. I mean that literally. I can not stress enough how serious I am being. I am a big time food person that eats out at least five times per week. I've been to a lot of good places and hate to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I am telling you to turn around and go somewhere else. This was absolutely terrible.

Waited 45 minutes for order to be taken. One one waitress. Concierge said they have no staff qnd she was even ask to cook and wait tables. Food was warm not hot. Ribs were definitely left over from the day before. Very poor service from one of my favorite restaurant's.

Really great place to eat food was good, fast and waiter was funny. Clean and wasn't too busy that Wednesday night.

The food was good , but it took 60 minutes for us to get it. The prices were high, and they should have spaced out seats better. A guest sat behind us, coughing furiously. Also, they were out of fries and philly steak, which was rather disappointing, since that's what we wanted. The salad bar was great.

We went on Saturday afternoon around 3ish, so there was a fair amount of people (not too many). I would like to commend our waitress because she looked like she was the only one working our section, she did an awesome job. She was very attentive to us as well as her other tables she was tending to.

Ordered from the child's menu after asking ahead of time. (I do not eat much at all) Child's menu offers several selections along with a beverage. When presented with the bill my beverage was added to the tune of ~$3.00. When the waitress was questioned about this, she said because I'm an adult, beverages are not included. Had I known this I would have gotten water. Two sips of tea, in my opinion, is not worth $3.00. If there was an upcharge for beverages, it should have been up-front. Also, a salad is offered on the children's menu for a reduced price. I would have been happy to get that as well but was told I'd gave to full price. I believe this waitress was trying to charge me more than necessary. Also I think the children's menu should be explained fully for adults wanting to order from that menu. We were a party of 13 on a Sunday after church so perhaps the waitress was overwhelmed.

Always a good place to go. Normally my NA last resort (which isn't meant as an insult at all). Normally great severs and good food.

Was there about 2 weeks ago worst experience in quite sometime. Took forever to get the food(short staffed apparently and call ins take precedence apparently) got the food order was made wrong. While explaining it server walks off to go get it fixed very rude. Also off duty employees who come to eat need to eat and leave not hang out in and out of the kitchen when kitchen is backed up enough. And also they should not be loud and belligerent while announcing they work there. Used to love this location not anymore

Food was ok. Service was good. But the prices were outrageous. For only a salad, 2 sandwiches and a kids meal came to about 70 bucks. I can get great steak elsewhere for cheaper than this.

Inedible ribs and chicken fingers.....I didn't think that was possible but this Ruby Tuesdays proved me wrong. Ribs were hard and chicken fingers were knock in the table hard, as well as being brown on the inside..... microwaved? I don't know how to get a chicken finger to that state. the fries were fine so the fryer was working.
