Rating for service NOT the food. My food order gets 5 stars!I thought I was ordering delivery, added a tip, submitted the order and the screen that shows the making progress showed 'ready for pickup in...'minutes. That's what clued me in it wasn't delivery. I immediately called the store. Was told to hold......after 5 mins, I hung up and called back. Was hung up on 3 times. Finally got through and again was asked to hold.....I stayed on hold 22 more minutes and was walking in their door when someone got back on the phone asking if I wanted to place an order. I requested my tip be removed since I wasn't getting delivery which they did reimburse. The pizza was delicious and that was their saving grace.***** Edited 6/20/22- I have still been ordering from this establishment but once again I had issues. Upgraded bread sticks to cheese bread AND charged $2 extra to do so and received plain breadsticks. I tried calling, was asked to hold right off the rip...for 3 different phone calls that I made. I was on hold so long and denied another incoming call not wanting to go through the hold time again. The 2nd time the incoming call came in I had to answer it and it disconnected me from Pizza Hut. I called back then realized they would have just closed. I never called again to report anything to them. It's NOT worth my time trying to report a mistake they have made.
I love Pizza Hut, it's my favorite pizza. Don't judge. Recent delivery order was prepared and delivered quickly. The driver was extremely courteous. My food was not prepared as ordered. I called and spoke with someone at the store. The person was not unfriendly, but also unapologetic. I was on hold for a few minutes before a manager (apparently) came back and said that they could refund the parts that were missing which amounted to maybe a buck and a quarter. They also said that it would be probably a week before that happened. Said they could cook the order and deliver again, but that's another 45 minutes and I'm hungry. Still no apology for the botched food. I didn't want to be a jerk so I took the deal. However there was no apology, and no recompense for the substituted toppings that I didn't get and that did not cost extra. Ordinarily I wouldn't have left this review, but Pizza Hut asked for it via email. I think for as long as the bad taste in my mouth lasts from this visit, I'll be trying the competitor who is a little closer to the house. Sorry Pizza Hut, I really will miss you. Great food.
I love and will only buy the meat lover for many many years. The Hut in North Augusta makes the best meat lover, 3 times in a row, I have ever had. I live about 30 plus miles away but worth it
The cashier was a bit rude, rushed me to order my stuff and even held her head after I said I wanted to add more stuff to my item like she was annoyed. Sorry your shift is rough, and I get it it's superbowl night and they're busy. I'm rating 5star only to encourage kindness. Hope her night gets better.
Half of the pizza was not cut. They forgot the dipping sauce i ordered. Food was just not as good as it once was.
Great food timely manner but b.s that for tiny pack of red pepper it cost me 1.00$ each aka 1 pack barely enough for 2 slices of pizza and about 4 packs for Alfredo so either way im paying almost 5$ extra for pizza or Alfredo never seen this at any location besides this one again straight b.s
The wings were awesome. We wished we had ordered more.
Acknowledge I am in the building waiting for my food rather than look at me, say nothing, then resume prepping pizzas. And for the love of all things sanitary, HAVE EMPLOYEES WEAR GLOVES WHEN MAKING THE PIZZA!! I mean who in food service actually handles food without gloves?? I guess Pizza Hut does. Absolutely stunned.

Sometimes on the thin crust pizza the crust is wonderfully crisp and flaky. Other times it is tough and hard to chew. Training on how to make consistent crisp and flaky crust is needed.
