My husband and I went here based off the recommendation of a friend and the food was good. Warning: they are only open Thursday-Saturday for dinner only (starting at 5:00 pm) and we went on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Packed is an understatement!!! We had to wait about 45 mins to be seated which I wasn’t prepared for at first BUT they have goats, ducks, geese and even a peacock outside for you to feed and keep you entertained. The service was quick and the food was tasty. They have all you can eat catfish and that’s what I ordered. They give you so many catfish in that first order, you basically won’t want to order another order, AND if you can’t finish the first order, you can take it home on a doggy bag. I would definitely go back.

Drove from Columbia to try this restaurant for the first time. Was not disappointed. Place was packed and only 20-30 minute wait. They also have frog legs and fried gator, which I had to try. The service was phenomenal. Try the catfish stew, too...very good.

Happened to see this unique fish place written up in the countryside maybe 15 miles away from downtown Aiken. Went on a Friday night and had a little over 30 minute wait -- well worth it, very popular with huge # of food options fried or grilled seafood, soup, salad, etc. When you first sit, they bring a basket full of hot hush puppies, immediately followed by your own small individual bowl of grits! Now even though I was born in the south, I am picky on grits -- not liking soupy ones! These were just right and I said why not try them together & dipping the hush puppy into the grit bowl was a new tasty experience! So when my fried shrimp arrived I also dipped my shrimp also in the grits bowl-- Awesomeness! Old McDonald has a new fan who will make a return visit the next time close to Aiken, SC!

We had a very nice time here. Watching the families feed the fish, birds, and goats was fun. The food was very good, and the wait staff were Excellent. They have a large number of dinners and they work really hard to take good care of their quest. Did I mention the the Food. They wouldn't have this kind of customer influx it the food wasn't so Great. However I must say the Customs are not always as good as the service they receive. We had a wonderful time, until a group was seated next to us that I feel something needs to be said because it is not just here that this takes place. People wear too much Perfume and Colon. People who wear so much Perfume and Colon that it takes your breath away. It should be against the Law. They are dangerous to other people with asthma and allergies. They actually Smelled so bad we had to leave and not enjoy our food. People need to learn to wear these Chemicals Responsibly. It should be considered as an assault charge for people to Gas Up a room so heavily. The restaurant should be able to Deny Service to people who up set the Whole Room with such a stink.

Very popular place with locals for seafood. Only open on Thu-Sat for dinner. We came at 4:50 before opening at 5, there were already people waiting. We got the Fish Camp special platter, large enough for 4 people although menu says 2-3 people. We also had the 3 clusters of snow crab legs separately. Everything was very good.

Such a fun place to gather with family. The goats and birds are so fun for the kids. The grits are the best around! The hush puppies are top notch! Everything on the menu is perfection! I've been coming here since I was a small child and will be a customer for life. 10/10 recommend.

We have been waiting to go for a while but it was always so crowded. Finally able to go early on Friday night. It was a major disappointment. The catfish was mushy. My friend got the Low County Boil but you could tell it was not cooked together. The shrimp had such an overwhelming chemical odor and taste we had to spit it out. The food is very bland and compares to hospital food. On a positive note, our server and from all appearances the other servers were very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately we will not be going back.

My family have been patrons of this restaurant for decades. I was shocked by the worst service in 40 years of going there tonight. The food was fine, but we had to get up and ask for every single thing, and our server was surly, back-talking and rude. Talk about putting your best foot forward for Masters Week… This place has gone down - SAD!

Great friendly service and great food
