When I pulled up to the drive up, the response was " Go ahead"....I then place an order for a 10 piece Mcnugget and she says " Drive around in an very cold voice. I then go to window and I see she has an ipod in her ear talking with someone, saying she is on the come up....I ask for a receipt and she gives me a blank paper . I say me a this is blank and her reply is...."well that's the way it comes.....what a nightmare!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been to this McDonald's 3 times in the last week. ALL 3 times I had found hair in my food. I think it's time for hairnets. I think drive thru needs to wear them too. I've watched them make the drinks with there dreads/ weaves hanging all down over the drinks that they were making. It's disgusting and I am done with this McDonald's.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's in the morning I'm waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Today I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 sausage mcgriddles and 2 hashbrowns. Last week I waited 15 minutes for 2 frappes. There were no vehicles in front of me both times. I placed my order as soon as i got there, I paid, pulled up to the next window, and was told to pull up to the yellow line. It definitely wasnt an "under staffed" problem. Next time I want breakfast I'm going to burger King or dunkin doughnuts. Going to waffle house might even be quicker than this McDonald's.

No one working the window. Self serve order placing inside. Milkshake machine down. No iced coffee. Like, what the heck is happening? This is the second McDonald's recently that has been TERRIBLE. Understaffing has hit the McDonald's franchise HARD apparently.

Drive thru was not crowded, early afternoon. Food was fresh and hot (Filet-o-Fish) meal. I usually never go wrong with that.

The raggedy environment is not the worse issue but the employees, OMG!!! I would definitely catch a charge if I was to go back there edp with Mrs Nasty Attitude at the 1st window maybe if she worked on her attitude like she do them lashes.....we would be alright, but no she just don't need to be working in a public place PERIOD

I was disappointed after order a Daily Double meal, it shows up on the screen as such. Go to the window, girl says “Double Cheeseburger?” No, a Daily Double..she nods and says same thing, hands wrong

Awful service here & burnt food! Don't take orders right when you try to explain what's wrong they get a attitude about it! when they fix the mistake they made they burn your food! Not correct condiments in bag or missing all together!

Twice I’ve ordered from DoorDash only to get half of my order. Luckily DoorDash refunds for missing items but it’s ridiculous. Not to mention when I drove there a couple weeks ago I was told to pull into space 1. I waited 45 minutes for a caramel frappe! The car that had been behind me left without their order out of frustration. I saw them handing other people frappes through the window while I waited. I finally got it when I went inside. This happens way too often at this McDonald’s. The one on Bettis academy is awesome- polite and fast. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me but I don’t think I’ll order from here again, the service is too bad. They need to just shut down since they can’t find competent staff.
