Marco's Pizza fails yet again with customer service. They are a repeat offender and I have lost faith in them as they repeatedly show their incompetence. Saturday, May 7th I web ordered online for my daughter's birthday party for a pick up at a set time. My husband went to pick up the order at the correct pick-up time - no order. They had not even started making it. Why bother ordering online to make life easier for yourself only to have Marco's disappoint? Never again. Never again. Oh, and was there anything offered to make it right? Nope. You are as bad as Comcast with customer service.
It disappoints me to leave a negative review for one of my fav weekly spots to feed my family. Its truly disturbing to see a worker making pizza with her jacket literally rubbing all over the dough. It’s so unsanitary it’s ridiculous. Jackets get thrown in the backseat of the car, on the floor, we handle our animals with our jackets on.. so many instances where our clothing is exposed to so much throughout the day. I’ve brung thus to staffs attention twice but no one seems to care bcus they are not the ones eating contaminated pizza. Employees should wear tight fitting jackets instead.. imagine if this lady has cat or dog she handles while wearing her jacket.. pure dee disgusting Marcos! I will be sending all over to corporate since you all could careless about the community eating safely. It’s already bad enough you have rats running around in there.

I really like the pizza here and if I were rating the pizza alone, it would be 5 Stars. Unfortunately for this particular location, it seems like the current staff or at least the staff that was on this particular day, has let the quality decline significantly. There's a disconnect with the website that says curbside is available however when you get to the store there is a tiny cardboard sign that says curbside not available. The staff looked unprofessional as well as the inside of the restaurant when I went to pick up my order. I spent about $80 for pizza, that's a lot of money! I would expect the reception of customers and the cleanliness of the store to reflect those prices.
Pizza was good but not as ordered. Paid for extra ingredients but none were put on pizza.
Has to be the best pizza in the CSRA. Hadnt found a pizza that can beat Marcos. High quality pizza. Cost is a little up there but it's worth it for the best.
Please watch out for Marco's Pizza delivery driver from Edgefield Rd Jason(P. Greer) He is the skinny white delivery driver with all the tattoos and blue eyes. He been taking orders answering phones to using customers card information for gambling on an illegal gambling site (Bovada)
My experience from this store has been terrible. I ordered a large pizza Monday night and when it was delivered the ingredients were not what I ordered. It made me so dang mad after waiting for over 45 minutes for the pizza! I called them back to file a complaint they told me they would issue me a refund and I was satisfied! However, come Thursday that was not the case! Come to find out whoever I spoke to when I filed the complaint never followed the correct protocol and a refund was never issued! Everybody acted totally clueless there and I was hung up on! This is not how you treat your customers point blank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MARCOS THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE
I Called in a order and went in to pick it up. Got home only to find it was messed up. I Called the manger and they don't care. This Marco's has lost my business forever. Don't waste your time or money
Sooo I had a delivery order put out and let's just say the pizzas barely made it...Waited over an hour and their building is 9 minutes away?
