The lady at the window at around 2pm on 03/24/22 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not wearing a name tag for one. For two, she decided our order was complete before we did and continued to be very rude as we tried to complete our order. There was no one in front of us and no one inside the store (no one was allowed in) so I’m not sure why she was in such a hurry but this is not how any business should be conducted. I would suggest for this location to reevaluate their employees and hire someone with some decency.

Good and friendly service. Had to wait on a Hot and Ready...but that meant it was fresh.

Good food. The hush puppies are great.

Place should be shutdown, we pulled up to the drive thru and all the workers were out front smoking so when they came in I seen no one attempt to wash there hands, the two pizzas we got were both over cooked and paper thin. It was like cardboard thin and burnt, very disgusting pizza from this location, MANAGEMENT PLEASE STEP IN AND CHECK ON THIS STORE!!!! Don’t waste your time go down the road to Marcos or Papa Johns trust me

I will never buy here again. This is the worst pizza I have had. The pizza was over cooked and not cut all the way through. This is the worst little Caesars I have ever had.

I visited your store in North Augusta, SC, Store ID 01741-00004 on Dec 29th at 4:15 PM and Simone B was the cashier. I asked if they had any supreme pizza's ready and she told me they did not, I ordered a supreme with no onions. She then asked me if I wanted black olives, I replied yes, thinking that the topping is on the supreme. After paying and looking at my receipt, I found that I was charged a custom order and not for a supreme and the cost was more than a supreme should have been. I asked why I was charged more for a custom order and did not get the supreme price. I only asked for no onions. The cashier then told me that they could not make a supreme without onions and I asked for black olives. I told her that she did not tell me that black olives would cost more and I thought they were a topping on the supreme. I told her that this custom order was deceiving and not the way I ordered. I would not have said yes to the black olives if I had known there was an extra charge. I told her that she was not clear on the charges. I then asked to cancel my order and to have my money refunded. I was told they could not cancel the order or give me my money back. The manager was not in the store. I waited for the pizza and when it came out Simone, the cashier, who had been very rude, asked if I wanted the pizza. I replied, are you going to give me my money back, she said no and told me not to be rude. I replied that she told me she could not cancel the order or give me my money so I wanted the pizza, she then slung the pizza around and slapped it in the box. The food was not the issue, it was the customer service. I was not rude and only asked questions for clarification. I frequent several of your stores in our area, but will not be returning to this store because of how I was treated. The staff in the store need more training on how to handle customers and their questions. They need to be upfront on the charges for toppings if they are going to change the requested order.

Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. The drive through worker was very rude and even made my son cry.

I HATE TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW BUT IT WAS HONNESTLY EARNED TONIGHT!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. BOTH PIZZA'S WERE SATURATED IN GREASE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA EVER. A WASTE OF MONEY.

Store had 1 worker, slow and the store hours were not in plain sight, I couldn't tell if the store was open at first and it took more than 5 minutes for anyone to be seen in the store. The store was opened 1 hour late, this is a disadvantage for most folks who can only take a lunch break for x amount of time...
