UPDATE: THE PHONE # THAT IS GIVEN BELOW IS NOT IN SERVICE!! SO, YEAH THEY DONT CARE!Horrible. Have went there twice. Once order was disgusting and not right. And the other time, got nothing but bad attitude and the window slammed in our face. I will add I was polite until then. The woman was yelling to the back about us basically being bad customers. I asked a question, thats it, a question. I contacted cs via email and heard nothing back. So, I will never go there again.
I wish I could give negative stars, 3rd morning in a row for me goin there and them saying they are closed due to short staffing, when one person is out playing on their phone and the other person is inside doin nothing, there's been plenty of times where one lady is by herself working every morning, and your telling me 2 people there can't take one order? They are Sorry
I can honestly say that this was the longest I have ever waited for food in a drive thru, especially since there was only one car ahead of me ( not including the car that was already at the window when I drove up). I understand that sometimes issues can’t be avoided. Maybe they were very short handed. Whatever the case, I have a suggestion for any business who might be reading this review…. To some of us, we would appreciate hearing this from you if you have offered less than good service. Whether it be a good reason or not, a simple acknowledgement and/or apology goes a long ways. This was not done during the 45 minutes I waited for my order for 2, so I can’t honestly give more than three stars since it appeared to me that the employees didn’t see a problem with this type of service. I hope this isn’t the case, but I have no plan to revisit this location anytime soon and risk being stuck there that long again.
Either it’s no longer 24 hours or the employees lie. I went on 4/9/22 at 11:28 pm and even though the open sign was on the employee told me at the drive thru that they were closed. This is the 3rd time I’ve been there and every single time they have been “closed”. Update your business hours or get better employees because this is not a professional way to run a business.
Evertime I visit my hometown of Augusta, Ga. I have to go there and bring some home. It's only 3.5 hours away. So every time I visit my sister. Krystal is the Must Stop I make every time I get to see her. WOOHOO!!
Fries were hot but soft, cheese wasn't quite melted and they were out of soft drinks. Cashiers was super nice though.
They was very slow the food was cold so I returned it for fresh food/ hot food couldn't understand why they have you waiting all long to give you cold food
This Krystal , North Augusta SC, is NEVER open in the mornings. you ask why? they say bc lack of employees, but yet there are 2 employees there every morning. Do your job people! if you cannot handle the drive thru then you should not be there getting paid. close it down! this is sad, it's been 4 months now, no service. where are the big wigs of this company? you need to fire your manager and start over! and when you try to call to complain, it goes straight to a voicemail.
Absolutely the worst customer experience you will ever endure! I've tried this location several times only to be disappointed. The service is awful, you order and then sit in line waiting for 15 minutes. Then when you get to the window there was no one to be found for another 10 minutes. Then when someone finally comes to assist you they act like they doing you a favor no apology for delay of service a lack of communication whatsoever! Stay away.
Horrible service. Only got half the order after waiting then tried calling them and mailbox is full. $20 for 4 small burgers…..
