We went at shift change so there was only one server who was still there (and she was supposed to be getting off) bc all the evening shifts servers were late. Instead of having a bad attitude about having to stay late, our server was friendly and got us everything we needed/wanted. Great Service, one that deserved a great tip and great food. Our bellies are full and ready for a nap.
For being short staffed, my server mike did not let it show. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. The omelette I ordered was delicious.Thank you Mike, for your excellent customer service and positive attitude.
Every single time we go here the place is filthy. The tables are covered in dirty dishes, none of them are wiped down, the floors have food everywhere. There were maybe 4 or 5 tables in the entire restaurant and we were there 45 minutes, our good came out cold, nobody bothered to clean the tables. Finally a guy who had been laying on the benches in the lobby came in and started cleaning up about 5 minutes before we left. The management here is NOT doing their job at all. Our server was great but everything else was absolutely horrible and I don't know how this place is still open. If you need a manager I will definitely apply for the position!
Food was good but had to reorder because it was cold. Place not tidy,dirty tables. Need someone just to clean tables. The kitchen help Need to stop coming in the dinner area with dirty clothes on.It would be nice if they bought an extra top. Attitude of workers GREAT. They need aprons.
We waited to much for food. The place need to be more clean. Our waitress was very friendly, polite and gives nice attention, 5 stars for hers. And another big detail; they don’t have high chair or baby sit, I ask for and they told me they don’t have.
I got the sirloin steak tips and the waiter didn't ask me how I wanted my steak. I called and went back for a replacement and they still had to cook my steak 2 more times. I'm pregnant and can't eat raw or half raw steak. I was very unsatisfied with my food and service. They need to hire someone alittle more experienced.
The restaurant was nice on the outside. I was number 8 in line for fifteen minutes or so. We were finally seated and forgotten. one person in the kitchen, one on the floor. Ridiculous! So many families walked out. Pictures speK for themselves.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I placed a to-go order at the IHOP in North Augusta. It was ready for pickup at 6:31pm and I arrived at 6:35pm. There were only 2 waitresses working the entire store, but they only had 3 tables. They ignored me for almost 20 min till I walked up to one. They made me wait another 20 min and then brought me cold food made wrong. When I insisted on items they left out, they were screaming and cussing about me from the kitchen. I asked for the manager and was told she was cooking and she refused to come out. The waitresses were snickering and laughing at me as I didn’t want to leave without food or money. My dog was also in the car and I brought her inside to wait a total of an hour and 20 min and no one would help us. I try to support my community and I even tip generously on takeout but these girls were literally antagonizing me and withheld my money. I called corporate but they couldn’t give me a refund without investigating. While I was sitting outside on the phone with corporate, they delightedly fulfilled two pick-up orders an hour and a half after me while my cold food was still sitting up front. These are children’s games. Later in the evening, the waitress had her friend attack me on my Facebook review. That continued harassment says all you need to know about this place's "mean girls" culture. No professionalism or customer service whatsoever. They stole my money (still hasn't been refunded), I left without my food after I had ordered 2 hours before, and corporate just forwarded it on to the franchise which clearly doesn't care by the looks of these consistent reviews. This is what you get when you hire petty children to run your business. Just read reviews. You can see my experience is regrettably common at this location. ?
Cleanest and fastest IHOP I have ever been in! Michael was phenomenal and he handled our large group with finesse! Well dine!
