Food was ok and the staff were nice, but the restaurant was dirty. A few tables had food sitting on them, my boots almost stuck to the floor. The table I sat at was sticky. No trash bag in the trashcan. The manager did end up getting onto one of the girls which I found very unprofessional to do in front of customers. Correcting someone is fine, but never in front of customers, especially degrading them. Probably won't be back for a while.
Ticket times seemed a little long for how empty the store was and my food was not brought to my table. Overall food was great as always and staff was friendly. Sad that covid did away with the hot sauce.

Love the Italian. Food was as expected. Service pace about normal. Fountain drink machine was in need of adjustment, mellow yellow was only yellow, mellow was on hiatus.

I love love firehouse subs. They know me when I call. What I'm gonna get. They see me right at 3 times a week just about. They get the 5 stars in my book. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
