I went to the North Augusta location yesterday because I was on the way to Columbia, and it was so good, I felt it needed a Google review! My large vanilla iced coffee was just right. Every thing was balanced, from the sugar, cream, to the coffee whoever put it together did an excellent job! Best one I've had in a while, makes me wish there was a Dunkins closer to home, instead I have to settle with McDonald's iced coffee.?Anyways, I also had the avocado toast and bacon and both were on point as well. The toast was perfectly toasted to a crunch, with just the right amount of avocado spread. The bacon was cooked just to a crisp, with that nice sweet glaze they use. It was a great start to my day, thank you Dunkins staff for the delicious food and coffee yesterday, PLEASE don't change because good food places are hard to find nowadays!

The manager, Sabrina, does a terrible job as a manager. My daughter worked there and was told she had to work even though she had a fever. With covid and many other illnesses going around, it's very poor business practice to expose customers and employees to illness. Sabrina fired her over the phone and lied to me saying my daughter missed 3 days in a row. Sabrina also put her on a morning shift on Easter after my daughter said she would be out of town and told her she couldn't work mornings when she was hired. If there is any question to why they constantly lose staff and are always in need of staff, it's because of the management!

This Dunkin is ok. It's about a 50/50 chance they'll get your order correct. Always double check your order before you leave.

Limited selection and no match for Krispy Kreme. Also do not order through door dash and get anything custom. They did not give me the extra sausage on my croissant at least 20 times in a row despite me clearly checking it on the order being charged for it, etc. As a computer scientist it was academic in nature and after 20 times I concluded there must've been something wrong with the software systems interfacing. It could not have been human error.

Everyone was extremely nice and the service was impeccable!!! I had little to no wait? My coffee was perfect!

Food is great. But the wait is extra long. So long that it turns away a lot of business. The drive thru moves at a much faster pace.

This post is specifically about Duncan on edgefield road in North Augusta South Carolina.I've never given a ONE star review in my entire life!!! AND IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. Do not visit this location!!!! If Duncan corporate cares anything about their brand they will send someone here to check it out. This is the third time I've been to this location before they close and can't order what I want because they don't have the machines up and running. I'm not talking about a few minutes before they close I'm talking about an hour and a half before they close. This is the opposite of customer service. I live near this store and I will never spend my money here again.

I first want to start that I came here almost everyday for breakfast. In the past I would say 2 months they got a whole new morning staff because the old one left. Their lobby was closed for a while so the drive through was the only option, I was okay with that. I met some new faces and quickly picked my favorite, everyday I’ve been I always looked forward to seeing her. The lobby opened up recently so I decided to go in, I got the little girl I normally got in the drive through. She gave me nothing but an amazing experience, one morning I came in and she was taking many orders at the front and making the drinks. She was obviously very stressed, one man very rudely told her she messed up his drink. She apologized and offered to remake it but he demanded the shift leader to make the drink instead. This is where my complaint comes in while the shift leader was remaking his drink she did nothing but bully and completely humiliate the other little girl to the point she was in tears in front of all the costumers. I tried to talk to her and I could tell she was extremely upset. I was proud because she remand professional the best she could. She has extremely blonde hair and is very small, one of the sweetest little girls who could serve you. Since this experience I’ve come in again a few times, everytime since this poor girl has almost been in tears everytime I’ve seen her. The “shift leader” is nothing but horrible to this girl and the other employees. I called corporate because I was so upset with the situation I was seeing happening here. This store has a very chaotic work environment and the “shift leader” a girl supposed to be in charge is absolutely awful.

Very trashy vibe. Donut was hard, grilled cheese was my only option because they were out of everything I tried to order. The grilled cheese was merely cheese between 2 crispy unbuttererd slices of bread

I hate that I am having to do this but as a customer that lives literally 2 minutes away and I go to this dunkin at the least 4 times a week, I don’t have any other option. I have voiced my concerns at the store several times and nothing is done. I have spent loads of money here and tried to give it time but enough is enough. I don’t know why there is a problem everyday almost. I have heard just in the past week that they are out of creamer, out of egg, out of egg followed by the oven is being cleaned(in the middle of the day?), nothing is allowed to be cooked, and they are no longer serving that item. I got 12 donuts today and they were so cold I thought they were in the refrigerator. Even with all these issues, the items are still charged to my card. Also, the past couple times I have went inside there is not a soul at the front and the door sounds when you walk in, but I stand there waiting for at least 5 minutes and nobody acknowledges me. When they do, they look at you and ask what you need……..and It should be easy to greet customers and ask them what they would like to order but that doesn’t happen. Not a soul has proper training and I know that a large iced coffee gets 4 flavor, 4 sugar, 4 creamer but lately I have gotten the large with 1 of each. This franchise owner needs to know that they are running this location in the ground and they need to get it together. Also, your customers are not getting any resolutions on anything. Not once have I had a manager resolve something, because I have never been contacted back or been able to speak to one. This location used to be the best, so much so that I stopped going to Starbucks because it was top notch but now it is so incredibly bad. What happened?
