Delivery driver was super rude! She accused me of not paying, took my food back bc she said it’s wasn’t paid for and it was. Took the food anyway bc my kids was crying and open the box to a medium pepperoni instead of a large Brooklyn style that I asked for. 40 dollars for 2 mediums some raw wings and some cheese bread and a soda! Got my money back and won’t be back.

TERRIBLE! No one answers the phone. I placed an order with the North Augusta location and they sent it to the downtown Augusta location who yesterday NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I had to drive to that location to the cancel the order. Upon getting there I was told they have no drivers but they still taking online orders. Also I was treated very rudely by some teenager. Domino’s clearly needs to be a dine in only place, SMH.

Speedy service and friendly driver. They do a better job at this location than the one off Jefferson Davis for sure. The delivery fees are ridiculous but that's my only complaint.

AT LEAST our third time ordering from this location and having issues. Orders are always late and the staff never answers the phone. Last time we ordered from here we were given the run around from corporate trying to get the store on the phone just for them to tell us that they hadn't even started on our order after waiting approximately 2 hours. The time before that our order sat for almost 30 minutes because the driver "clocked out" right before delivering our order. Tonight, our supposedly 20-30 minute order has taken an hour and a half and nobody on the phone can give a correct time estimate. Ordered from somewhere else if you don't want to be waiting all night for cold, stale pizza

Don't even think about it. It will only be good to order here if you plan on ordering it for tomorrow!! The store is a nightmare, not to mention the people are so rude. No one answers the phone ever! And delivery.... Well it usually takes about 3 hours for a simple order. So go ahead and order it around lunchtime and you'll have it in time for dinner that night. Dominos needs to just go ahead and clean house here and start over with the whole crew! Sorry not sorry! Get it together.

We ordered online from this store tonight at 6:41p. Delivery said it would take 21-31 minutes. Nothing arrived. At 8:43p, we received another email that said delivery wasn't what it was hoped to be, so we started trying to call the store. We finally spoke with someone at 9:18, who said they'd check on it, but after six minutes on hold, it disconnected. We called back at 9:24 to ask for a refund and were told that it was on its way before again being disconnected. It's now almost four hours since we placed an order, one of our family members that should've eaten had to go to work at his night shift without eating here as planned, and we still have no food, and no service. Tried reaching out to corporate via Twitter an hour ago, but all I've gotten from them is crickets. We will never order from here again.

I always frequent this Domino's since I work in the plaza...today, I was greeted by a very nice young man named Kenneth! Y'all I got back to my job bit into my sandwich & my mouth began to water profusely! I can say hands down this is the best my food has ever tasted from this location! ? ??‍♂️ At this point I need to know his schedule lol ?

The GM Dylan needs to be fired!! Absolutely no respect for the customer or customer service. We called asking about our order last week, and at the end of the conversation, told us to have a good F-ing night. Didn’t try to consolidate us with a credit, refund, or anything after waiting several hours more than what was quoted online - the resolution was “Yeah, sorry.” Will never be ordering from here again. Used to eat here about a year or two when the management was good. Definitely going under. Spend your money somewhere else.
