Bad experience for a first time visit. Fellow nurse and myself ordered lunch online. Very excited and hungry. Went to pick up. Wish I looked at this disgusting sight before coming back to work. It appears someone dipped into my coworkers food. Her and I have called at least 4 times. No answer. This is absolutely disgusting and we’ve both lost our appetite. Still attempting to call. No answer. Only a robot. Says restaurant is busy. Weird because there was only 2 customers including myself. This is unacceptable to say the least. Back on the floor with a growling stomach. I’ll try to call again when I get off work. Hopefully someone will answer.
The food was delicious and the service was okay, I say okay because I asked for some grilled onions and peppers and was told I had to wait 10 minutes and I wanted them not grilled so I didn't like that at all because I'm use to being served what I ask for!! Not a good move.
I love this place is so thankful that they have a vegetarian option however they took away the plant base option it was limited time. For all my vegans out there are usually gets shredded lettuce a little brown rice black beans pinto bean mix stirfry veggies pico de gallo pepper sauce guacamole and then a little shredded lettuce over the top of the guacamole just so it won’t stick to the top and I will get a vinaigrette on the side. Sometimes you have to really explain to the workers what amount you want before they grab the spoon because sometimes they dash it on there being in a rush And another thing I don’t recall ever going to a dirty chipotle?
Employees are nice and helpful. This has only been my 2nd time in 2 months. Food is always good! Not a lot of ppl waiting to be served. Nice atmosphere.
This location is generally pretty good. I would, however, request that if you’re gonna charge $4 for overly starchy queso, at least fill it. The picture is before I used it at all :/

I like the ingredients. The burrito itself taste stale and hard. You can barely bite into the burrito itself. They need to take notes from Pancheros and do their own fresh burrito instead of warm up a hard burrito shell to make your burrito with. I won't be going back unless it's for a bowl but I love burritos!!
The whole experience was very good fast friendly suggested service waiting area was very clean loved my plant based chorizo bowl it was tasty Thank you to the entire staff
So slow. You'd think ordering pick up would be faster but it never is. Food was fine tho.
I went all the way to this location from Hephzibah Ga. and it was worth it (12/28). The female staff working there today was awesome. They greeted my daughter and I as soon as we walked in. The store was very clean (including the drinks area). The food items looked very fresh and tasted fresh as well. The young lady serving us made sure we got everything we wanted in our bowl and was very neat when fixing it. I will definitely be back!
