Got a delivery for this today, got it cold but it’s probably because the driver took ages to get it - so that won’t be taken against CFA. The food is wonderfully delicious as usual with no mistakes! Wonderful as always. <310/10 recommend their milkshakes to any milkshake lovers. I’m obsessed with their chocolate cookies and cream milkshake..

I will not give less than 5 stars. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service of any establishment around! Whoever trains their employees should be responsible for training EVERY establishment ever opened. I've never had a bad experience. However, today I came across, for the 1st time ever, an employee that wasn't overly joyed to serve me. She wasn't rude but just short and not extra friendly. But because I came across 1 person ever that wasn't sugar sweet I not going to lower my rating because they are still always a 5 star and the best around

The last 5 times that I have been to this location in the last month I have had issues.before that they never missed a beat. From missing items , lost orders which to 15 minutes to correct, adding to my order items that I did not order. Today 4-28-22 ordered 2 #1 combo's with extra pickles had to pull us and wait for that. This order was correct..yes I still go ther because it close.told a manage about my experience. Felt like it fell on deaf ears.

Placed a curbside order, got home and had food missing. I called and told them I was 20 minutes from them and they said they would have it ready for when I got there. I get there and had to come inside just to wait 25 MORE minutes. Got my food and it was WRONG. Now having to wait another 15 minutes for the food to be made CORRECTLY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

Been eating here this week for lunch on my way to work or school. Ordered a salad and was not given the dressing. Came back the next day for lunch and asked that the salad be remade minus the chicken since I ate it and to order a side of strips. Was told I should have returned the same day, no managers were available as they all left at 1pm and I had to call corporate for a refund. Corporate says the local store has to refund the money, they are all independently owned. Long story, customer service at this location does not exist. No apologies that we forgot your salad dressing for your salad, I was told I should have come back that day. In a time where we are all having to maintain the normal with fewer dollars due to increase in groceries and gas and other necessities, a fast food establishment whether rob you of a $9 salad than to correct their mistake and apologize. Had I known I had to return the same day, I still would not have. My drive to work is over 40 minutes. I will not return because I can’t afford to eat here and they can afford to forget salad dressing for a salad and expect me to drive 40 minutes back to get it. I wish them the best and everyone else with disposal income.

I love Chick-fil-A no matter which location I go to!! They are the only ones where I can pull in, see the line wrapped around the building and still pull in to drive thru because I know they are going to work hard and efficiently to keep things moving along smoothly!!

Always a pleasure going through their drive-thru. Always fast, accurate, and courteous and don't be afraid of long lines in their drive-thru they have streamlined and perfected the drive-thru experience! Also the food is good. As always it's their pleasure!

The North Augusta location is definitely one of my favorite ones. Great service, hot and fresh food everytime!!! Love Chick-fil-A!

Love this Chick-fil-A. I bring my daughter here after dance on Wednesdays and last week she spilled her drink and milkshake all over the table and ground. Needless to say very embarrassing and chaotic moment. However, Team Member Zach rushed right over, cleaned it up and offered us new drinks and shake. Made our night and most importantly saved my daughter’s shake. Zach is the man!

Note to anyone who goes to the North Augusta location DO NOT DRIVE OFF WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. They do not replace missing items that you paid money for. I spend an average $60 a week at this location but never a dime again. A week and a half ago I order 3 combos and when I got home one of my Chicken sandwich’s was not in the bag. I usually don’t call and complain when they give me cold food or incorrect items, which happened often, but I called that day and they took my name and said they would replace on next trip. I have been there few times since but during breakfast so did not ask for replacement those times. Today I go and get my son a kids meal after school and asked for the replacement and was told they would not replace it cause you have to come back same day. I was not told that when I called and even had been told that I would not been able to drop everything even be late to work to drive back and get my sandwich I paid for. I live 15 min from this location and gas is not free. So please check and hold up everyone before driving off and make sure everything you paid for is in bag and hot, if not your just giving money away go pick it up. Management needs to do better first by triple checking customers items are there in first place and second by not telling you on phone it want be replaced if you can’t drop everything that day and come pick up.
