So i waited over 30 mins in drive thru.. which ok fine I don't really mind the wait.. but inside was not busy, 2 ppl in the front. Almost felt like the lady who took my order and payment went back in the kitchen to cook my food. It was so hot that the togo was melted. When I opened my togo box.. WHY would you give me a jacked up stuffed crab.. the shell was broken all over my food. I had to pick through my food to get it out.. well clearly I didn't do a great job because I crunched into one which cut my gums. Really ruined my meal and I didn't finish eating. I was sharing with my 2 year so didn't want to chance him Crunching into crab shell.. I would have called and complained but the 2 employees there didn't look like they would have really cared..

After sitting in the drive thru for almost an hour (don't judge me I didn't feel like cooking and there aren't many options over this way), I finally got to the window and learned Marcus was holding down the inside and the drive thru solo. Marcus needs a raise. If yall are that short staffed then close the dining room and go drive thru only so that your ONE worker isn't dealing with so much at once. I will say Marcus came to the window with a smile on his face and had the most pleasant attitude even dealing with this horrible shift. The food was nice and hot and our order was correct.

It was a hot evening in the city of North Augusta. My wife, whom has been a fan of this establishment for quite some time, decided after a long halt from fast food, decided that she was in the mood for some crispy shrimp and fish from this fine dining establishment. So being the nice outstanding husband I am, buckled up and trucked down Georgia avenue to acquire such. Sadly to my demise I wasn't able to please her needs for I forgot the one rule of fast-food. Check the bag before you drive away. Honestly I was wrong for coming late and I knew they had other customers to attend to so I didn't do the fast food ritual until I got home. To my demise and my saddened wife's heart, about 30 minutes ago, they didn't put the shrimp in the combo order, and I've been trying to call for the last 15 minutes and they keep answering and hanging up the phone. It saddens me that they don't have the pride to take the time to right their wrong doings. I don't want free food, or a refund of the sorts. Simply the only need I had really left for was my wife's crispy shrimp. That we didn't get. And that's okay. One day she'll have her Captain D's # 8 shrimp and fish combo, correct, and full of Crispy Shrimp.

Went through the drive-thru there yesterday one car ahead of me in line . They placed their order then I was up next. No problem ordering excellent. Drove around waited behind the same car for 20 minutes. My order I receive asked for plenty tartar sauce please. I get three tartar sauces.I drive up go inside to get more. Cooks was bickering who has to cook this and that . Inside was relatively crowded. I ordered 4 piece and 3 piece when I get home no hush puppies.I think they may have changed there batter also . Don't know when I'll be back .

nothing like it used to be. Mom and I ordered catfish plate and the amt gave to us was like a kid's size. Even my mom, who normally says food is always too much at places had to order us extra fish! And that 2nd order we waited forever, although it was just sitting up at cooks window..girl who just came in was rude, like she didn't want to work. idk what happened but wish old Capt D's would come back.

Paid for a large tea, got a small. They had plenty of cups.Sounded like the guy Marcus was talking to someone on his phone. If I hadn't gotten cheesecake I wouldn't have anything to eat with.I am in food service. I try to be understanding, but I had just gotten off of work and I was thirsty and hungry. I had been in the heat

About Captain D's location off Edgefield Rd in North Augusta, SC:One of worst experiences in fast food ever! I went 45min through a drive through, and still had to go in for missing meals for another 20 minutes. After that, the food was still wrong!!!!In the drive thru wait, I told my son that if someone is that rude, angry and have that much attitude, they need to leave there and work someone else! Also some times people are so unprofessional, unkind and out right nasty to others just because they actually have to "work and earn" money for a living! When I went inside to get missing food, it was even worse. All employees were the worst ever in customer service, including the cooks in the back. The head cook was degrading to the females in front. He even went as far to say, " I want you to do, what I tell you to do!"They all yelled, disrespected, and argued with each other so much out in the open that even other people who were sitting inside to eat, got up from their meals to tell them to stop it and how much they ruined their meal by listening to them. The kicker is, they actually said all the same things I was telling my son in the car. You know it's bad when two people who never even laid eyes on each other say the very same things about the employees!!!To the manager of this Captain D's, I sure hope you haven't been the role model to support this kind of behavior and act this way yourself! If so, you need to go too!!If not, you got to Clean House!!!!!To the regional manager, same goes for you!Plus, you need to do more drop in visits and be more aggressive setting the appropriate and positive culture for the work place.I felt so disgusted on the way back with my food from that experience, that I even felt my meal was ruined too.And it was!!! Couldn't eat it. Food was awful anyways!

Food took alittle more than expected to leave the kitchen and they for got some items but the food was OK at best

The service was fine , but a strong odor that smelled like septic, ruined my taste for the food.

Pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order was ready. Most impressive is the fact that everything I ordered was fried and not the slightest bit greasy ? Superb and attentive service, reasonable prices, a convenient drive through, delicious fried food that ain’t greasy, and to top it all off, they’re open late! My kinda place.
