Kayla was my server. She was at the drive up window at 1:45 P.M. Thursday the 26th of May 2022. Let me say that I completely fumbled my order in about 17 different ways. She made every correction for me with a big smile and even welcomed me back. Outstanding service, I have never been impressed by any fast food service until today. Great Job Kayla!

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. 9 times outta 10 the order takes forever and then is wrong and the times it's correct the chicken is burnt solid and disgusting. This location has been this way for 7 years at least. And it's DISGUSTING in there. Never fully staffed and the staff they do get are lazy and RUDE ! I'd give it negative stars if I could.

The Drive thru crew is excellent. Not sure why the dining room was closed. I had to use the restroom.
I Come here often, the employees ALWAYS have an attitude or seem as if they don't care at all if you order or not. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE !!!! AND IT IS NEVER BUSY BUT I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER EVEN IF I ONLY ORDER 1 VALUE BURGER. I WANT A NEW CREW OR THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN. I will be posting pictures soon
The drive-thru staff acted like they couldn't have cared any less than they did. Seemed like they didn't want to acknowledge that a car had pulled up to place an order. I asked a simple question and got NO response. The cashier said nothing, the person handing me my food said nothing, I got no receipt for my debit card and had to ask for 1 napkin. If the staff cares so little about their job, maybe they need to get a different one ! One smile or a "thank you" would've made a huge difference.
The Impossible Burger was surprisingly very good. Service was quick and friendly.
Improved service from months ago, it was kind of bad pre-covid. More consistent than McDonald's now.
