Best customer service from line staff to manager!! Food is always fresh.
The staff here was super friendly and the store was very clean. In my week trip down south I may have stopped at a Bojangles more than a couple times and I can say this was the best one to date. Food was fresh and the biscuits were outstanding. I made it a point to share with the staff how awesome of an experience it was and wish others stores could duplicate it. I highly recommend this location and hope it was as awesome as the day I was there!
Bojangles used to be the place to go for a good, quick, and tasty meal. My husband and I went for dinner last night and the service was great. People were friendly and our food was quick and super fresh! However, there was absolutely no seasoning on the fries, not even a grain of salt. The chicken tenders were so over cooked. And the biscuit was wayyy undercooked. I pulled it apart and the middle was raw. Sweet tea was bussin tho. Not a great experience.
We just went to Bojangles on Knox Avenue in North Augusta. We ordered two large fries, two large dirty rice, we were charged for that but was given no receipt. After which they told us to move forward and they bring it out to us. When they brought it out to us it was one large fry and two dirty rice. They argued that that was all we had ordered. When we tasted the fries they tasted very old and re-cooked. When we asked for fresh they said them was fresh would have to settle for them. My advice is go to the Bojangles on Walton Way we order Bojangles at least he’s a Walton Way or not from you we get good service from Walton Way and every time at Knox Avenue they want to argue with us about what we ordered a how much it is we will no longer go there.We were overcharged and dissatisfied.

Cook messing around playing on phone that about business you talking about people food here cook probably need to be fired or move to another position ‼️ I sat at the Drive-In window and watched him the whole time ‼️
Sometimes it's a hit and miss but overall satisfied with service and the nice lady that changed out my regular biscuits for those boberry biscuits was great! No attitude she was very professional with it and put me the customer first because she heard me say at the order box but the girl that took my payment didn't. I give her 5stars for that alone. Thank you, my kids were very pleased ? This location is the one on Aiken Augusta hwy by Sam's Club.
Bad customer service. Manager was very rude. I ordered a 3 piece dinner with a Pepsi. Didn’t receive my drink because the cashier didn’t charge me for it. When I wanted to pay for the drink, the manager came to the window with an attitude. So I left. Definitely will not return.

I paid 8$ for dried out chicken tenders. They were not tender at all. If that’s what they are going to serve, at least discount the meal.
