I haven’t had GOOD Italian in years. Next we will try the pizza. Husband stuffed himself so bad it was hilarious. The service was good & they were super busy for dine in & take out. I’ll drive the 40 minutes for good food.
Last night my husband and I ate here for the first and most likely last time. We had both heard good things, so decided to try it. All of the employees that we encountered were very nice, including our server, but overall the service was very bad. We were seated almost immediately, but waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came to the table for our drink order. Yes, they were busy, but there were at least 5 servers that we observed for the small restaurant. We ordered our drinks and wanted to go ahead and order food, but the waitress said she'd have to come back. Waited a bit longer and were finally able to order the food. Food came out, and it was just nothing spectacular. I ordered the Stromboli, which just looked like a big cheese sandwich. My husband had the baked spaghetti and it was rather bland. I ate about half of mine and asked for a box whenever the waitress came over for our one and only drink refill. Waited, waited, waited. Both my husband and I had been done with our food for at least 15-20 minutes and were waiting not only for the box, but the bill. Meanwhile, I watched while our waitress visited another table four times in this time and never came back to our table. It was just overall not a good experience.
Been there six times through the years no problem.with food and service. Today everything went great , then I asked for the check and a to go box that was brought back in 30 seconds I turn I in the payment it too 17 minutes to get it back after 3 minutes I deducted one dollar per minute.
The worst customer service.
Absolutely an amazing staff and owners as well!! Have been to this establishment several times and have had nothing but the very best in service and absolutely amazing food each and every time! Waitresses and waiters have always been attentive and helpful with an excellent attitude and outgoing personality!! I recommend this fine eatery to everyone!!
Dinner was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Staff was very polite and we were thanked several times for waiting to be seated. If we are ever back in Augusta we will eat there again.

Great little mom and pop restaurant with pizza closest to NY style that I've found in this area. Toppings include fresh not canned ingredients. Pizza dough is what I expect from a neopolitan crust: crunchy on the bottom and al dente in the middle. Decent marinara. We order extra for a dipping sauce for the crust ends. They have other menu items including eggplant parmesan and sub sandwiches that are also worth a try.
New Yorker here... Very good thin crust pizza! The 2 slices and a drink for lunch is perfect. They also sell pizza dough at a great price for you to bring home ($2 for 14inch).If you are looking for a great place for lunch or dinner, I'd recommend working this in to the rotation!
My server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Food was great. I was in a rush, so I only had spaghetti, but I can’t wait to visit again to try more menu items!
