The food was not good at all tonight. The salad was lacking ingredients. The fries were cold and hard with no seasoning and they were out of slaw!!! It was very disappointing.?

waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. Understandably because they were short staffed. With that being said the disrespectful and unnecessary things that were said by the drive thru cashier named Kimberly were appalling. I have never had worse customer service at s Zaxbys restaurant in my life. Short-handed or not, her attitude and her comments were absolutely uncalled for and quite frankly she is the definition of piss poor customer service. I have already contacted the corporate office and intend on making sure she never treats another customer with the same disrespect and nastiness! Will be following up with the store manager/owner, as well as the the district manager, if I need to go that far. She (Kimberly the cashier) was that bad ?
My wife loves there salad so I will give it 5 stars for her, I have never eaten there myself.
Long line but it moved rather quickly the fried chicken house salad that I got the chicken was pretty darn dried and crunchy like it was old
The best chicken you will find anywhere I absolutely love their chicken fingerz... In fact I'm about to go get some now
