Longest wait times in the whole county! They have signs everywhere saying they are understaffed, but so is everyone else and no problems there… I used to go here all the time because it’s close to my work, but when you spend your whole lunch break waiting in line it’s not worth it.
I waited forty minutes in line they told me they were waiting on food to cook. When pulled around there was nobody waiting.then I pulled to the window they told me the cheddar bites were cooking and to pull up then I waited 15 minutes for my food to be brought out the cheddar bites were cold the chicken was dry on my Cajun club sandwich it was my first time and maybe my last
If I could leave no stars I would. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food on a take out order. We ordered at 12:19 pm and left at 12:49 pm to go to our car. After getting to our car we had to turn around and go back in because sauces we not put in our bag after we asked for them. After waiting 30 minutes we asked for extra sauces and was informed we would have to pay for them after witnessing people coming up and asking for sauces at the counter with no payment given. It was ridiculous and if I lived in the area year round I would never come back to this restaurant.
First time at zaxby...ordered chicken fingers, small wait for food, ate in dinning room. Chicken fingers were warm & dry, over cooked. I got up & waited in line again to ask for some ranch dipping sauce. The girl behind counter told me that it was an additional .25, really! Since I only had my card I was not going to charge .25. Chicken fingers sold without sauce.I will not be back!
Ordered online for carry out, the 20 pieces family dinner got told it would be done in 20 minutes but took 30 mins and then the food was sitting on the back counter for 20 mins and no one called my name to say it was done.The staff was moving super slow and had poor costumer service, will not go there ever again and I will tell my family and friends not to go there either
The lady working drive thru right now (4/15/2022 2:12pm) my receipt says Antoinet someone please give her a raise!! She has amazing customer service. I’m pregnant so I’m craving yalls seasoned fries. She made sure I had extra seasoning in some little cups! Some workers just blow off the extra seasoning part but I greatly appreciate it!! Thank you ANTOINET if that was you!
02/25/22 I drive to this Zaxbys. A drive through wrapped around half the building and a lobby full of high school children. My only interaction was with a sweet Jamaican woman working the drive through. Even being very very busy, she was nice and patient and cordial. As well as the efficiency of the actual kitchen, because they fulfilled orders quickly and cleared customers out professionally. I never really cared for Zaxbys, but considering the way I admire their operation, I will likely spend my money with them again!
I've never eaten the Zaxby's Chicken . It was absolutely the best!!! The staff was very friendly. I definitely will eat there again!!
Manager was nasty I called about my order she told me she wasn't in the drive thru and I need to take it up with the person in the drive thru hung up on me refused to give me corporate number kept telling me she doesn't have one refuse to give me her name. All this because of this place messing up my order and wanting to be rude and I will never come here again
