AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! We traveled from Texas to Myrtle Beach and it’s our 1st time to visit Vicini’s. It was just like being back in Italy! Cameron was our server and he was incredible! We had pizza (one margherita and one with pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs). The ingredients were so fresh and the taste was perfect! It’s a quaint restaurant, again just like Italy, and we will definitely go back when we come back to Myrtle Beach. It’s a MUST if you want great Italian food!
Really good food! The pizza is amazing, you can really tell it is homemade from the amazing tangy sauce! The pasta is also really good! Although the place feels a little fancy, so maybe wear something nice.
Wow!! Such a delicious dinner. Made reservations same day for party of 6. Enjoyed mussels, salad, pizza, and pasta. Everything was outstanding. Our waitress, Lisa, was amazing and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Went with a party of 12. We all enjoyed our meals. The service and care we received was awesome! My chicken Marsala and wine was delicious and the pizza my kids ordered worth it. Had my daughter's birthday dinner here and they were so kind and helpful with receiving her cake and adding candles; couldn't have chosen a better place.
I enjoyed eating perfectly cooked lasagna with the best Italian music on the background. The food tasted really Italian, not American. Everything, including our waitress, was excellent! They even had real flowers on each table. I would definitely come again my next time in Myrtle Beach! See you!
My mom and I dined here on Mother's Day weekend. Both of our meals (Chicken Parm and Chicken Piccata) were outstanding and the great service made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
Excellent service, cute decor. We got a Hawaiian pizza and it was one of the best Hawaiians we’ve ever had. Prices were reasonable and everything came out fairly quickly. We will return soon!!

Truly an exceptional restaurant. The food is unapologetically delicious and the service is impeccable. If you are looking for some truly delicious Italian run, don’t walk. I will most certainly be here again!
