Excellent food and service / always refilling your drinks and asking if you need anything. The homemade chips are wonderful and you get an awesome amount. The turkey sandwich and shrimp are great.
The cooks threw in some personal favorites, a piece of hair in each of our meals! Not very hard to wear a hair net while cooking peoples food. Stay away, place is run like a dive bar.
Good stay, rooms were nice, clean. Beds were not that comfy however. We stayed in a suite with 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 double queen beds). Pool area under Paradise building is nice. Parking across the street. Amenities for the price/value paid were not that great.
Loved the access to all the pools and slides. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. Check in was very fast. My favorite part were the bracelets for access to pools and also your room key. VERY NEAT! Right across from Starbucks and Breakfast Buffet.
The location of the hotel is great. Right on the ocean, and easy walk to the Boardwalk and lots of restaurants. There are multiple pools between the buildings. The lazy River is nice but there aren’t many floats and 1/2 were deflated. The beach was beautiful and well maintained and they best part of the whole stay. The rooms themselves were nicely sized but felt like they needed a facelift. There were literally holes in the bathroom walls where old towel bars were that they must have removed. The towels were thread bare and scratchy. The rest of the room was spacious and we were happy with it. Overall, would we stay there again, it’s a hard maybe. It just didn’t feel like for the money we spent what we expected.
We just stayed here for a dance competition. It was our first time in Myrtle. We cannot wait to come back to the Breakers! We could walk almost anywhere. The shuttle will take you to airport and back, or anywhere you want!
The overall experience was terrific. The only negative issue was we had to call for towels daily and take out the garbage. I understand everyone is having staffing issues. The amenities are excellent. We have stayed here for 10 plus years on family vacation.
These rooms in the paradise tower were extremely dirty, nothing like the pictures represented. Carpets are so dirty don’t walk on without shoes. Counters were in need of wiping down when we got in. Had a Murphy bed in our room and soda pop had to be wiped off wall. Elevators in this tower had 3 but very rarely were all three in working condition. Unfortunately we will not return to this hotel.

Rooms were older than what pictures dictate. Floors were sticky. Alot of dusty. Our allergies were through the roof (runny eyes, runny nose, coughing). We had to cover all the airvents with towels to try to filter out some of the dust. Right when we got home our allergies were back to normal. The amenities were great, but the rooms were lacking.
