Only giving two stars because it's decently clean.Waiter didn't refill any drinks onceLoud and overall noisey, staff kept screaming in a different language while running everywhere.They had literally no shame in taking the entire bag of frozen shrimp and emptying it into the hibachi station in front of everyone.All the food tasted somewhat microwaved or cold.All the labels were wrong or misplaced.Looks cool, definitely not worth it.
We arrived an hour before closing and the buffet was nearly empty and the food was cold. We have been here before for lunch and have never been disappointed before. However this time we are completely disappointed.
I went in and was served tough meats, overcooked rice, and produce that was wilted and soggy and for 4 people who barely touched their food was given a bill of $85. I left hungry and ripped off. I will never be back again it was disgusting and staff was extremely rude.
Food is excellent. Everything is fresh on the buffet. All of the workers are friendly and restaurant is very clean.
Dinning facility is very small and during tourist season it will be a problem, not much table to seat, dessert isle not very much to choose from and so hibachi and Sushi isle. The photo I showed was my first visit which the food was good but my second visit different rating.Update: I took my 2 friends to eat there yesterday 4/17/22 around 1 pm few customers inside. We got seated got our drink and went to get our food. Everything food item seem to been sunning under the heat lamp, dried up.the salmom had become creamy, overcooked in water. It was very hard to choose what to eat, it was horrible. I feel really bad for my friend's because I thought it was going to be good place to eat on Easter meal, we got some food and tried to eat it, we couldn't. It was bad... bad on my part. It cost me 58 dollars for bad food.. My friends wanted Chinese food , so I took them to Saruka hibachi buffet restaurant and they love it.. cost me 43 dollars. Never again will take anymore to. Taste of Asia buffet restaurant.. Never. I recommend Saruka hibachi buffet restaurant is a place to go.
DO NOT waste your time and money at place... Hands-Down the WORST buffet in myrtle beach! There was barely any food on the buffet tables and what WAS there wasn't edible! As if that wasn't bad enough the wait staff stood and stared at us the whole time we ate... it was very unnerving!
I don't know what the problem is with reviewers. This place is very good. The food is good, the place is very clean and the selection is perfect. What more do you people need?Just go there and try it.
The only reason I’m giving it 2 star bc the waiter kept my drink full and my table clean. Fried rice old and cold. Cheese muscles tasted like old melted cheeses that was melted in microwave. Fried shrimp dry and old tasted like cardboard in your mouth. Ginger shrimp cold and has no food flavor. Sea food combination was cold should have been on the salad side. Pepper steak cold and very chewy. Taste of Asia tasted nothing like Asian food. Will not repeat. Maybe I came to this place on bad day but after trying so many food this not worth the visit
We went on Christmas Day… a new Christmas Story tradition! The food was just like any other buffet… hit or miss, most frozen and heated up. The bar was clean and kept fully stocked. The sushi was good!
Great food at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back. I work 3 blocks away so this is my new lunch spot twice a week lol.
