The person ahead of me went to the counter and was old they were short handed and to use the kiosk. The second person came in and was told to use the kiosk and they left. Then I ordered on the kiosk. After me an elderly couple came in and the first lady customer told them she would be glad to help them order and while she was helping them a black gentleman came in and the black lady behind the counter waited on him. All the other customers were white and if that's not racial discrimination and I don't know what is.
Ordered delivery through a delivery app. Arrived faster than expected. Driver was friendly.Exactly what I ordered ? The food was delicious. Burrito was fresh and filled perfectly. ? Full but not messy. Didn't fall apart. Ordered packets of sauce with it. They made sure I had plenty ?Soda was good too. Not a lot of ice which is good for me considering I don't like ice in soda. Just wish the online ordering had a no ice button. ?The bag was a little messy but hey... I'm sure they were busy when ordered.Again, food was yummy ?
I went here earlier, and placed a larger order than normal on account of a large gathering I was planning. The food came out fine, however there were several comments made by the staff while preparing my order that made me feel uncomfortable upon my visit.I was aware I placed a large order, but I also informed the staff I was in no rush, as well as having zero special request within my order.I was patiently sitting in the front area, and was hearing my name (on the order) being mentioned by the staff several times. They were referring to me as “selfish”, and seemed genuinely irate when preparing my food.I work in customer service, and understand how certain task may be annoying or overwhelming. However, I would never speak in such a hostile manner towards a customer that was being patient and polite.Very disappointed in the staff for letting there frustrations get the better of themselves for no apparent reason…
Today was the day that Taco Bell rolled out their mexican pizza again. The drive thru was all tgw way out to the street. I walked inside, where there was a sign on the counter. It said "we are experiencing a shortage of staff, please have patience. These folks were busting it to keep up with orders!! Thru it all, they all were smiling, soft spoken, yes sir/maam, never once freaking out over their situation... it took a bit longer than usual, but worth the wait. My mexican pizzas were great, and i left with a smile.
Never going through this drive through again. Terrible preparation. Check your food before you leave this location. This was supposed to be a cheesy gordita crunch on the left SMH.
Taco Bell’s taco a day for a month for $10 is one of the best deals that I have ever purchased. Since one taco is enough for me for lunch, I have been eating for free for a month. Their app works very well mince your get the hang of it.
I placed a large order for three. I specifically asked then no to put sour cream on none of the orders and the sorry sons of %!( put extra on my orders.
Cold, no sour cream, when I ordered/paid for Supreme soft tacos. Asked twice to confirm. The bean burrito is disgusting, filled with 1,000 peices of onions. Had to spit out half of it and couldn't eat more than 2 bites. Terrible. Don't waste your money on this trash.
I ordered online, confirmed payment and everything. When I got there they said they didn't have my order in the system. I showed them my online receipt and that it was their location. The manager rolled their eyes and said that I probably "hit the wrong button"... what button exactly could I hit to have it go to the wrong location but still have the order show your store? They did they can take my order there but if have to pay again.... hungry as heck as I was, I did. As the new receipt prints, they notice my to go receipt in the docket and they yell at me to pull my card out, too late. They try to refund my second purchase, mess that up too and charged me double. Now I've got to wait 5-7 days for a triple refund that should never been necessary.
Good fast food place to get Mexican food. This particular Taco Bell has the screens you order on rather than a person.
