This taco bell has the worst customer service ever. I recently stop going because every time I would go there I get bad attitudes from the people taking the order there. This location hires anyone to work, I’ve been and could hear them playing on the speaker & the other day I went I asked if the Mexican pizzas was sold out she had the nerve to say “That’s what it says on the board don’t it”! She said this with the nastiest attitude and for the continues bad experiences there I will NEVER come back to this location!! The food is always nasty there too like it has a very old taste. I don’t trust no one in charge of making or bagging my food there! Management is just like the horrible workers there, they JUST DONT CARE!!! I would suggest that everyone should go to the Hwy 17 location…

This taco bell location has got to be the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I just moved to the area in February, and literally 95% of the time something is wrong with my order. Either they forgot an item, they made the order wrong (simple things like giving me a chicken quesadilla when I ordered cheese), or my favorite, when they throw all the items into the bag upside. I mean that almost literally as I've pulled nachos, fiesta potatoes, etc out of the bag and they're upside down. I've had quesadillas shoved completely to one side of the wrapper it comes it from it being thrown in. Like I said I moved here in February, and get taco bell probably once every other week and I've almost always had a problem at night, I've had no problems when I've ordered before ~8p

The staff was friendly and very fast at the drive through unfortunately my family still had a horrendous experience with the food. I asked to not have any of the jalapeno or chipotle sauces on my crunchwrap or burrito yet they were still on there. I asked for these off to my acid reflux. Normally I'm fine eating regular taco bell but my stomach was torn up so bad that even after almost a week I'm still having issues. My mom couldn't even eat her food because her entire order was also wrong and she ended up just not having dinner. The chips were stale or left in the fryer for too long because they were extremely hard and almost inedible. The food was so bad that even my dad who we always say has an iron stomach was on the toilet with diarrhea. Be careful eating here especially if you have any kind of allergy because there's a good chance they'll ignore you when you ask to have something off a food item. The staff is friendly though so if you can get past the food it's not all bad just not good either.

The best Taco Bell experience we ever had. We started our road trip from Missouri and stopped in many Taco bell branches and this by far is the best. Friendly staff and fresh yummy food.

Went there for breakfast it says it opens at 8 I am in the drive-through by 810. The boards are not changed it still says lunch even though it’s breakfast. A persons outside in the front smoking a cigarette with your headset on. So not really a good place to get breakfast for a fast food place. Usually the service here is all right.

The place is run by high schoolers that don't care, they mess up my order all the time and are just wasting more of the businesses finances doing so. They constantly call me a woman which i am not and it's not funny anymore when i tell them my name and they interrogate me about if my name is actually what I'm telling them. The food is mild at best, i love taco bell but this one makes the whole business look bad. Everytime i go there, they give me a cold quesadilla and it looks like the cheese hasn't been melted or even exposed to heat like it should. I'm so glad they're making a taco bell on international drive so i don't have to go to this one.

The last time we visited was the worst time we've had. There were several employees outside gathered around a vehicle talking. Nobody greeted us when we walked, as well that there was no sign or knowledge that at that time they would not take orders at the register. An employee only said something after a crowd started gathering. I didn't mind using the kiosk but wish they would have greeted us + let us know at that time or at least had a sign posted at the register. They also messed up two items on the order.

Stop by to try there breakfast. It was about 9am so you would this they would have the breakfast menu board up. They did not. I told the guy I would come in to look at the menu because I didn't know what they had he said the lobby was closed just drive-thru open. He was nice and tried telling me the combos they had. Apparently he miss understand me because when I paid for my food it was more than I thought it would be. That's because I had other things on the ticket. I still paid for it and the breakfast items I got were ok/good. I don't think I would go out my way to get breakfast fromTB but still not bad. I did get the food fast and didn't have to pull over and wait. The sweet tea was very sweet.

Ordered some tacos, they were good except for the almost $4 quesirto I got in my order that had ZERO beef in it. All rice, MFer

Always really fast and employees seem to be in a decent mood when I'm here. I come here when I'm depressed and a $5 box is always a good pick-me-up. Only one time I got a cold chalupa and that was sad, but everything else was great.
